Course Curriculum Overview

In suggestion the area for improvement in the course the teachinv method are really nice In any aspect of curriculum that infuenced to make decision to choose the course The real world in the acededemic can make to thika prpper decision

Internships Opportunities

4

Our college brings a lot of reputed companies for placement. Most of the students would get placed before their course duration. The intern is upto the company's requirement. Some companies provide intern and then consider FTE. Some provides just the intern. I've never got into an intern, but my friends did. One of my friends is staying in chennai for the company in a PG hostel. He was placed in data patterns and the company wants to provide intern for him. They are giving a salary of 15k every month for 6 months. He really liked the job and the role.

Placement Experience

During 6th semester the campus interview starts in my college The placement in the college coming continuously The highest package 12lakh company applied material but unfortunately i got rejected in second round

Fees and Financial Aid

As for me, I was selected from counselling. So i have to pay 1lakh every year for 4 years. Plus, I've been staying in hostel. Initially the hostel fees was 60,000. Then the next year they increased it by 10,000 for 70,000. And now in my last year, I've been paying 80,000 which is not worth for me. But the college fees stays the same. What I've heard is that, our college increased the fees structure for a certain amount for the next batches. Apart from counselling, management students pays an extra of 50,000 as college fees. There are various scholarships and financial aid facilities can be availed by the students. Like for example, one of my friends doesn't pay a single penny for the college as he studied in a government school. Plus, he avails a lot of scholarship amount either from college and from the outside. Community wise scholarships also provided, only if the candidate meets the eligibility criteria. Apart from college fees, they won't ask for any extra fees to be paid Compulsorily like some colleges ask amount for exams, practicals, or fine amounts. There ain't no such nonsense like that. For exam fee, they already covered from the college fees. So there is so such worry like that. Attendance percentage should be maintained over 80% or else there would be some consequences. For medical leave, we can claim medical certication for like 10% but have to pay ?1000 for that. Any broken things from lab that was done by yourself will be taken accounted by the management and you have to pay the fees of that product during no due, which will be cleared by the end of your course.

Campus Life

4

There are lot of symposiums happens inside our college. Inter college, intra college, national level symposium all these happens in a huge hype. Students in and out of the college will paricipate in a huge amount. There are various kind of events both in technical and non-technical. In technical, Paper presentation, project presentation, workshops and so on. Treasue hunt, ipl auction and some in non tech. They give a good importance to sports quota so theres no problem with that. Most of the books are found in library (college and course regarding). And a numerous clubs are in each and every department. And for overall, musical club, dance club, nss, ncc, are available with no involvement of politics.

Hostel Facilities

3

As a hostel student, we are paying 80000 yearly. We can stay 2 or 3 in a room as per our wish. For 3 students, there are 3 cots, 3 chairs, 3 tables, 2 fans and a mid-level food. Sometimes chappati will just be raw flour, and rice would be overcooked. But comparing other colleges as some students complain, this is a better one. Only vegetarian but egg will be provided for 6 days in a week. Not much restrictions for boys, but its the opposite for girls. They have to get permission for everything. They have to get letter signed from 3 wardens. But for boys there are not much restrictions like that. But to go outside of the campus after 7:30 at night, everyone has to have gate pass. The college watchmen are tol strict and rude. Thats a real problem. There are students rented pg not liking the hostel rules. Even they spend a less amount of money, than the fees. But the only disadvantage for them is, they have to eat outside food everyday. Other than that, they enjoy their life

Admission

Night Life

As this campus is inside a rural area, there are no malls or shopping super markets around the campus. We have to go to the bus stand, which is like 3-4 kms away from the campus. There are gyms inside our campus too. There is a gym inside the ground, where we have to pay a certain amount (not too much) to avail the gym. There are 7 boys hostel, in where there are 2 gyms located in two of those. It is free for hostel students. There is a canteen, we call it as singles canteen, which is opened till 9-10pm. We can buy food if hostel food is not okay.

I chose this course because it covers important subjects related to computer science, programming, databases, networking, and emerging technologies. The combination of theoretical knowledge and practical subjects influenced my decision to choose this course. The curriculum provides a good foundation in technical concepts and programming. However, more practical projects, industry-based training, internships, and real-world applications would help students become better prepared for careers and further studies.
