Pretty vibrant. There are lot of clubs you can join. Ragging is non-existant. Friendly vibe between seniors and junors. The teachers are friendly and even they're ready to help you. College academics - 5/5, sports - 5/5, clubs - 4/5, placement - 3/5, labs - 5/5, canteen - 2/5.
Admission
Narula Institute of Technology has a decent reputation in West Bengal and is known for its engineering programs. The campus facilities are generally good, with access to labs and libraries. NIT has a reasonable placement record, particularly in IT and engineering sectors. NIT's ranks are better than others.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio at Narula Institute of Technology varies by Undergraduate - 1:15, Postgraduate - 1:12, Diploma - 20:1. Except for a very few facukty members are not qualified and even if they are qualified they don't know how to teach and make students understand. But other faculties are well-behaved and qualified, knowledgeable.
Night Life
Inside the campus it's safe but outside campus is not safe especially for the girls. There are a lots of hangout spots outside the campus like cafeterias, library, gym but still it's not safe for the girls. On-campus hostel facilities with separate accomodations for male and female students. One of the hardest rule is 6pm restrictions. All the hostlers have to enter into hostels by 6pm and if they get late then strict actions are taken.
