Course Curriculum Overview

5

I have completed my Graduation in BBA and wanted to pursue post graduation and Asian Business School offers me a great opportunity to learn and experience new things through their PGDM course. PGDM course basically is more of practical oriented course which allows you to have industrial exposure through visits and prepare you to tackle with the real world. The exam timings are mostly morning or afternoon shifts and the exams are all practical based.

Internships Opportunities

4

The internships are been offered on the basis if what the students have opted for as their field of specialization. The various companies that would offer internship opportunities are ITC, Dabur, Havels, Accenture etc. with various job roles based on what is your field of specialization.

Placement Experience

4

The college does offer campus placements. The companies that visited our campus are DELOITTE, EY, CAPGEMINI etc. The highest package offered is around 15LPA and the average package goes around 6LPA. It now completely depends on the capability and the competency of the student to crack the interview round and acquire the highest package offered.

Fees and Financial Aid

The combined fees for 2 years is 8.25L including registration fees, admission fees and other charges. The college also provides for internship opportunities and an opportunity for you to have industrial visits as a part of your 2 year journey.

Campus Life

5

There are many clubs like Sgnosis Club, Athleema Club ,Cultural Club,Mark-Techos Club, etc in our college and it provides us the opportunities to participate in various events. The library in our college offers the course related books and content as well as other inspirational books. The classrooms are smart and advanced, and have good seating arrangements. The Department of Student Welfare in our college ensures a safe and good environment for the college.

Admission

I applied to two or three colleges as well but the most appropriate option for me was to select Asian Business School. I have chosen this college above others because it provides a number of benefits like other certification courses alongside the PGDM course. The college accepts all sorts of competitive exams for the admission process such as MAT/ CAT/ XAT etc. Thereon it then conducts interview rounds on the basis of which your selection is done.

Faculty

5

The faculty of Asian Business School is supportive and they guide us with their insights. They provide you opportunities to polish yourself and enhance your knowledge and skills. There are basically mid term and and an end semester examination and you need to maintain a 80% attendance criteria to be eligible to write the exam.

Interview Experience

4

Yes, there was a written test and also an interview round for the admission process. The written test included a series of aptitude and logical reasoning questions. There were two interview rounds conducted, the first round was conducted by the college panel wherein they asked introductory and general questions along with some general knowledge and specialization related questions. The second round was conducted by the panel of London University wherein they asked for brief introduction and some basic questions. The councellor was helpful during the complete admission process and guided us at every stage.

Night Life

4

I may not have opted for college hostel but still there are a number of PGs available nearby the college and the most of the crowd resides over there. The in campus hang out spots are basically the cafeterias. Other than in campus life, there are numerous food stalls nearby college which are also a good hang out spot. The night life is safe but still all the shops close around 11 pm.
