A Journey of Science student to hardcore Marketing Professional

The course curriculum is added one more effective subject which is Media. Media subject helps marketing student to understand how we market our products and services. The curriculum have everything which we need to be prepared to face the real world. I am not the right one to suggest any improvement in the course and teaching methods.

I cracked the internship offer in Marriott International which was provided by the college it self. I was getting a total of 40000 for two months internship in the organisation. My role was Marketing assistant and sales assistant, I need to assist the marketing team and sales team in every day task. Along with that I receive a cloud kitchen of Marriott to haldle its operation and Marketing. I also managed an event which is PEAK event of Marriott.

From Semster 3 students are eligible for placement process. So the companies which visited in our campus are: Deloitte with 8 students No broker with 2 students Info edge with 4 students ICICI prudential with 5 students The new shop with 2 students Ameriprise with 1 students Avi bloom with 1 students Godrej capital 3 students Nykaa with 6 students Green lamp with 1 student SBI mutual Funds with 2 students Hafele with 1 student The highest package offered by the company is 35 LPA (Aron Gloabl) and average package is 6 LPA The percent of students get placed is 99%

So we have Semester payment system here, We need to pay per semester fees and fees vary each semester, My total fees for 2 year PGDM program is 800000. For scholarship students from Uttar Pradesh can avail UP government scholarpship by registering themselves on the portal.

There are several activities club events and annual fest is conducted in the college apart from the events an Oxford trip is also there with our course which college will send us to London for that. We have library and E-Library both to access all the journals and books. Classrooms are integrated with cutting edge technology (smart Screen, WiFi,) Taking about sports, the only worst thing in our college is the sports facilities there is no such space or ground and the equipment of sports in the college

The room which we spent for 1 year have 3 beds due to we opted for 3 seating with 3 almirah and 3 bed side table 3 chairs one long table and washroom geyser is there and yes AC is also there. The food quality of the hostel is too good. There is no as such registration process you need to just tell your college mentor that you're opting for the hostel. Locality is Raipur sector 126 NOIDA

The main reason to choose this college over other college is the CPP (Crafting Prodigy Program) program wfich our college provides in this program each student is allotted with individual faculties to understand their situation and help them to achieve their goal. I've applied in ITS Ghaziabad, JIMS Rohini, and I received the acceptance letter form every college. The admission process of our college consist of 4 things: 1. Aptitude test 2. JAM session 3. Personal Interview with ABS faculty 4. Personal Interview with Oxford faculty.

The faculty to student ratio is 1:5, and the faculties are so sweet even if you asked something outside the college in parking or cafeteria they won't hesitate to solve your queries. Sarmistha Mam our Marketing faculty she's so sweet and knowledgeable person. As such I don't like any faculty in my college. Talking about exams we are supposed to give 2 exams with respected subject per semester and there are total 4 semester. The course curriculum is much relevant as our college follows the AIU norms, students who fails to clear the exams are those students who don't want to study or debarred due to lack of attendance.

GD topics which I received was the Netflix vs OTT. And the questions were related with the marketing like : 1. If you want to market any product form your city's culture what would it be and why? 2. There are some images and I need to tell them what's the brand name. 3. Questions related with general ability and reasoning. For that I calmly tell the answer and the questions are so general in there nature. Anyone can crack it only if they are in right mind state.

Cafeteria opening time is 8 o'clock and closing time is 6 O'clock . There is no hostel of our college but the college tied up with the third party for the hostel. The locality of the college consist of HCL tech park and many other companies so our college is completely surrounded by the companies who work for 24 hrs
