Course Curriculum Overview
All my family is from B.com that is the main reason I choose this course. The professor actually give assignment to visit company and have a interactive session with them nad prepare a report. Professor may teach classes in more of a fun way rather than just showing ppt and teach it. The timings and frequency are good there is no problem in that.
Internships Opportunities
Internships is must be done thing because in 6 th semester it is considered as a paper if we fail to do so it may considered as a arrear and we ourselves have to go to company and approach them and ask for internship, if not professor will also help to get a internship.
Placement Experience
In fifth semester students become eligible for campus placements. The big 4 auditing firms, Accenture and ICICI bank etc. It provides around more than 5 lakh p.a. Highest and average is 8 p.a and 3 p.a. Around 800 to 1000 students getting placements. Going to a job are my plans after getting the degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
The year wise fees will be around 20000 for two semester which is in odd semester it is around 11-12000 and on even semester it is around 8-9000. The total fees structure for B.com 1st shift is around 60-65000.1st shift friends share the same amount for almost every degree whereas for 2nd shift it is around 35-40000 for only one semester. There is fees concession for students who are not able to pay the amount amd also scholarship for certain student who meet their category.
Campus Life
September-Ovations for students in my college in which they compete in various events and December-Department festival where each department conduct a separate event where we invite students from other colleges to participo and January or February-sports day for students. Every student can access the library to enter in the Id card provided by the college has a chip in it. Many clubs in every category wise and impact students to involve more.
Hostel Facilities
In my first year I stayed in hostel where my roommates are very friendly and we became close friends. But the AD of my hostel floor is actually a stupid and arrogant guy but other AD are actually good. Hostel fees structure varies according to our Income from our parents. The registration process is actually easy and simple. I rented a house with my other two friends nearby college.
Admission
I applied for this college because my elder brother actually studied in this college so I choose it. I actually applied for only two college they are loyola and Bishop herber in which I didn't receive any acceptance letter. I simply applied for loyola and it has been accepting students based on mark
Faculty
The faculties of my college is actually more friendly and approachable. They actually listen to what the students want and need. Peter sir from my college is more likely become as a friend. Sridevi from my college because she may be partial sometimes. For a semester it has two internals and a semester exam it is actually very neutral.
Night Life
Gym, cafeterias, library and public area will be closing around 6:30 in my college. Hostel will always be open but student must be inside hostel before 8:30 pm every day and campus timings are 8:15-1:15 and 1:30-6:30. Liba park, blue shed area football ground are famous hangout places inside the college
