My Words about my College

I always wanted to be a Ethical Hacker . I want to be in the science field for it so I took this field. It doesn't prepare us for the real world. It should be useful for the real world and teaching should be more practical. For the first year of B-Tech the frequency of exams were good like 2 and half months between mid exams but for the 2-1 these are in a very short period of time like 4 months for the total completion of Semester even with Semester exams

We do have internship opportunities but are very less. We get internship opportunities from companies like Microsoft,Adobe ,Cisco Companies etc. We have to pay 3-4 thousand for Internships and we get 5000? as stipend in some Internships.

The placements in our college are good.The students of 4th year that is 7-8 Semester Students are eligible for the Campus Placements. There are many good Companies almost 70 Companies visited our college like HCL Company, Wipro, Tata Consultancies, Hexaware, Infosys, Infotech, Microsoft,TCS Ion etc. The highest package in our college is 6 Lakhs per annum. The Lowest Package in our college is 2 Lakhs per annum and The average package in our college is 4 Lakhs per annum. Mostly 60 to 70 percent of students get Placements in our College. I would like to do M.Tech after my Btech and then find the job which I like.

I studied in a Gurukul till my Intermediate and I got a convener seat that is got seat in the EAMCET Counselling so my fees is only 5000 (Because I am a Gurukul Student)which I should pay to JNTUH and my 75000fees will be paid by my government scholarship (E-Pass).The one who got seat in EAMCET i.e.Convener quota have to pay 80000,in which 35000 will be paid by E-Pass Scholarship .The one who got seat in management quota has to pay 80000. Same like me my minority friend also have to pay only 5000 who got seat from counselling but she got it by Caste beneficials.

We usually make Freshers day in the months between November to December. And Super Seniors celebrate farewell in the months of June to July in our Ground.And we do celebrate some of the festivals like Bathukamma in our college. They also organise sports event within the college and Technical Fest like Hackathon. In our Library we have all the study material for Students in our College but some books we don't have enough for all. And we can only get the books if we have the library cards given by College. They give 2 Library Cards for each student and we can take one book with one library card. If we want to take more books then we have to join the library membership of ?500. Any technical devices aren't used by faculty for teaching. We have one projector in one of our classes . So when the guest lecture comes to teach 2-3 Units of a Subject in a day they use it(As I said we don't have enough Lecturers) otherwise no one uses it. We have ground with basketball and volleyball court,we also have same space for cricket and handball Court.We do have Sports period twice a week.We can play Badminton(Shuttle),Tennikoit ,Carrom,Chess,Cricket, Volleyball, Handball, Basketball etc. There are no social groups in our college to make conversations with students and know their talents but a sister in our college created a Instagram account for college @aits_btech and posts about the college (Only Good Things Huh!)

I heard more good about the college so I choosed this over others. Other colleges have good infrastructure far more better than us. And other colleges do more events and do better than us. But our college is also good but doesn't have any good maintenance. For admission the process is simple either apply for it in EAMCET or Ecet or join by management quota. I gave first preference to this college only in EAMCET counselling. So I got it. The eligibility for admission is to complete intermediate. Ecet and EAMCET exams are accepted for our course and the one who want to join in our college can join from management quota without EAMCET or Ecet Exams. Most of the students choose EAMCET. The Admission experience is good.

The faculty is very friendly and we can approach them at any time Rajitha Mam who teaches us Java she is the one who explains every topic clearly and friendly. Mam answers any question about subject at any time if we have doubts.She is Perfect. Uday Kumar Sir who teaches DE and EDC explains the subject in a very easy way. Shailaja maths mam explains every topic and makes us practice,Clears every doubt. Madhavi Chemistry mam and Physics Saidevi mam these also gives lectures in clear way. Some Core Subjects are hard for us as we don't have well lecturers. Many of the students clear the exam. Some fail to clear the exams as we don't have enough a d good faculty in our 2nd Year.

Our College have a small Cafeteria and library. We don't have any hostel in our Campus. It is a small campus. It is located at Piglipur, Bata Singaram,Hyderabad. Actually we don't have much space to hangout and we usually bunk classes sitting in library or Canteen(Cafeteria).It is on a Highway and there are no houses or any shops , restaurant around it. In the night it will be scary if we go to college because there is nothing around it except trees. If we want any restaurants or places or for even getting busses we should either walk to Kothagudem or BataSingaram.
