Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum for artificial intelligence is full of mathematics. But all the companies hire for software development engineer role. The curriculum lacks some basics ans it covers only the advanced syllabus.

Accenture Apian DE shaw Amazon Wells Fargo Citi corp Bank of America Bank of new york Mellon Fidelity investment They hiring for software development engineer role and some companies hire for quality testing manager role

Placement Experience

Campus interview is available in our college. But for my course there is not more companies hiring. They always looks for software development role. There is 70 percentage students getting placed and some go to higher studies.

Fees and Financial Aid

I paid 36000 for first semester and 20000 for all other semester for bc quota. My friends in mbc quota paid 10000 for all semesters. There are many scholarships available for merit and sports quota by their performance in school and family income

Campus Life

About infrastructure it is not that much good. The facilities in classroom and labs are not good. It is ok. There is two culturals one in odd sem called sivaranjani and other in even sem called mitafest. They both are very enjoyable events.

Hostel Facilities

Thr hostel facility is not good. There is separate hostel for ac and non ac. The food is not good. It is average. The fees is 75000 for year. But they didn't provide good food. The hostel is located within the campus.

Admission

I thought this college will be better than other private colleges. So i chose this college. My first choice is this college so i didn't rejected from any colleges. The admission is based on marks sports quota and founders quota

Faculty

There are 3 exams in a semester. Two internal assessment and one semester exam. The marking is not only based on the students knowledge but also based on the faculties mood. But the relationship between faculty and students is good.

Night Life

There is a street called radha Nagar in the backside of the college. There are many shops and hotels there. We can hang out there. And a lake called chitlapakkam lake is 1 km near the college and a famous murugar temple.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum was good. I would suggest to add indept concepts of vlsi like verilog, sv, uvm. The defficulty of the exams was medium but semester is a bit tougher if the students follow all the class he can manage it

An Amazing Lookback of College Days

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well designed and covered both fundamental and advanced concepts. We choose elective papers each sem one paper from third sem. That selection of elective papers made us to do case study of real world exposure and competency. The curriculum prepared us for the reasonable real world applications. Also workshops and internships bridged the gap between industry expectations and academics. The teaching methods are really supportive and knowledgeable. On the whole the curriculum was strong and but needs to be imapctful.

7th semester eligible to campus. I attended 3 companies I got offers from 2 companies. 230000 to 400000 offering campus placement companies. 75 percent of students got campus placements. I got a job through campus and joined.

CIT - reviews about transforming lives

Placement Experience:

Students in CIT are getting placed in a good company with very good salary packages from the third year itself. CIT's top recruiters are HCL, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Zoho, Pega and more than 10000 students have been recruited by these companies. The average salary package of a CITian is 4 lakh per annum and the highest package is 24 lakh per annum. 95% percentage of students are getting placed every year. I chose this college mainly for placement reason.Also this is one of the best college in tamilnadu.The admission process is quite less compared to other colleges.
