It is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. It is accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and recognised by UGC under section 2(f) & 12(b) of UGC Act. It is an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Institute. The vision of the college is to create innovative and vibrant young leaders and entrepreneurs in engineering and technology, for building the nation as a knowledge superpower and empowering the rural community towards evolving a knowledge society with equity and amity. The mission of the college is to provide education in engineering with excellence and ethics and to reach the unreached.

The environment and surrounding of my college is too good, surrounded by full of nature l.

Dislikes

Celebration and events are too poor in my college compare to other college, the enjoyment as a student college life was not good.

Admission:

I only applied for tbis college and get admission here, The admission process to get seat from this college is not a big deal, need to fill the admission form pay the admission fee 3000 or 5000, according to your caste and cut off they will allocate a course, if u need a specific course and your profile doesn't meet the criteria then you need to get a management admission, for this admission the fee is little high 50000-60000

Balancing the Scale: A Quite Good College Experience

Likes

Labs and Classroom facility, there should be lab weekly 3-4 times and projector class also held.
The infrastructure of the college and environment, our college was surrounded by nature

Dislikes

There was no big celebrations in my college, enjoyment of college life was too poor
Only one tour was arranged by the college in my entire 4year course

Admission:

Just i applied only for tbis college and i get seat here. * the admission process of my college is two type one is Management and another one is counselling. For counselling the fee was little low and for management the fee is upto 50000 and based on cutoff and Caste they will allocate a Admission. The admission fees is up to 3k-5k

I chose SCAD College of Engineering and Technology because it offers a strong academic program in my desired field of study, Electronics and communication engineering.
