Course Curriculum Overview

3

I chose this course cause AI is booming and this was one of the few colleges whose course was somewhat up to date and relevant. The curriculum is somewhat relevant but it absolutely does not prepare you for real world application for the academic pursuits. The only improvement I can suggest is to change the teaching methods to somewhat hand on practicing approach. The frequency and timing of the exam is quite good but the one problem I have is the first mid sem is easy the syllabus covered is less and second mid sem is like the end Sem they cover the whole syllabus in the second mid sem which is quite frustrating if you haven't given the first mid sem cause of the attendance restrictions.

Internships Opportunities

3

There are few companies that offer internship in the locality, and the college also give us the opportunity to get internship but you have to give the money for it, and these are useless. You will have to go out yourself give the resume to the companies, than you will be able to get a good internship if you have the skills.

Placement Experience

4

The students become eligible for placements from 7th semester. There are few big companies that visit like TCS, Wipro, Accenture etc. the average package I guess is 4 LPA but there are offers like 18 LPA or 25 LPA but they're rare. The number of placements for the student who actually do sit in placements is quite good like 80%.

Fees and Financial Aid

The tuition fees I am paying is 30k per year as I got lateral entry after diploma and my fellow classmates who came through the usual route after 12th and giving JEE are paying 1.5 lakh for the same course. The additional are bus fees which is 18k and its mandatory, the one times uniform fees. There are multiple scholarship that students can apply for like category based for SC, ST, and OBC students, and medhavi for merit based scholarship

Campus Life

3

There is the annual fest that is held in inr college and there are multiple techfest that are also held over the year. Shockingly a library is quite nice they have wide variety of books and journals that you can check out. The facilities and technology provisions within the classrooms are quite average like any you will expect from a 3rd tier college. There are many extra curricular activities but as I said before the administration does not support anything.

Admission

I told this college cause the tuition fees was less than any other colleges and the placement to fees ratio was less. I got into few more colleges but their tuition fees was quite high for the placement to fees ratio. I got in through CLC the admission process was quite easy they do everything for you you just have to go there and sit with your papers. The eligibility is 10 + 2 or equivalent and JEE. The cutoff doesn't really matter its just a number they'll take anyone if you just pay the fees

Faculty

4

The faculty to student ratio is quite good like they assign a TG to 20/25 students. The TG I got was quite approachable and friendly. I will not name the teachers as I am currently studying in college. There are two midsems and one end sem like any other colleges, failing in midsems is quite rare they only fail you if you haven't written anything or haven't given the exams. But in end sem our papers go to the university to get checked so many students do fail the finals. The course curriculum is quite relevant but is still out dated

Interview Experience

5

There are group discussion in our technical communication class, the topics are mostly centred around technical advancements and new and upcoming technology. It is mostly voluntary they don't force you to participate in it.

Night Life

3

There are cafeteria's libraries and many public area that you can go to but other said they are average or not so good hangout spots. The timing of hostel is like 8:00 p.m. there are quite good hangout spot just outside the college. The locality is safe but I won't recommend hanging out late at night.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the course curriculum as quite relevant and well-structured. Most subjects are updated according to current industry needs. The faculty also puts effort into explaining topics with practical examples instead of just theory which I genuinely appreciate for there hard work The curriculum covers both core concepts and modern technologies which actually helps in preparing for internships and further needs and i choose Artificial intelligence because it is latest and the future is in ai and everyone somewhere related to artificial intelligence and so i decided this course for my furture safe and good future
