Total there are 10 semesters for 5 years among them each year they conduct 4 exams that is 2 Mid Semester exams and 2 End Semester Exams. The gap between one End sem to other is 6 months.

Placement Experience

3

Yes University brings placement for every department students. Placement as mostly offered for BTech students. For my Course they bring placement in 9th Semester and everyone can sit for Campus Placements. As Biotechnology is a Research Field so most students prefer PhD after completion of degree but not PhD is the only option for Biotechnology students they can also work in Companies, Industrial Areas, Hospitals, Medicine Company...etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

I started my course in 2021 at that time my fees was 85k for Course and 95k for hostel with mess. Now it has been increased to 1lakh for course. Scholarship is given to merit students per year. Every category gives the same fees no fees according to categories.

Campus Life

Siksha O Anusandhan University has in total 5 Campus and mine is Campus 2 where Nursing, Pharmacy, BBA, MBA, Biotechnology students study. Our University can also be called as Event University as everyday some events are going on. Every year they conduct SOA MUN, AMITY, Fusion Fiesta etc... Sports Day is also conducted which continues for nearly 1 month.

Admission

I was a NEET aspirant. I didn't applied at any colleges for Biotechnology course. Siksha O Anusandhan University came as a first choice option for me and after admission I started studying there. University has its own Entrance exam for selection process which they named as SAAT. Eligibility for every department is minimum 60% in previous exams.

The relationship between Faculties and students is pretty much good. Faculties are very supportive in aspect of every field. They support very much in our academics respect. Teaching style is very well. Faculties are much experienced in respect to their subjects.
