- I appreciated the vibrant campus life at our college. There are plenty of events,workshop and student clubs that provides opportunities to engage in various activities beyond academics

Dislikes
- The girls-to-boys ration at our college is slightly imbalanced, with more boys than girls.
- Some of the administrative processes, like dee payments and document submission, could be more streamlined
- The major issue is the lack of hostel accommodation. There are very few seats available, and students from distant areas often can't get a room. They have to stay in PGs or rented accommodations, which is inconvenient and increases their expenses.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is comprehensive and relevant, with a strong focus on foundation subjects like Programming for Problem Solvins(PPS) and Data Structures. It prepares us well for real-world applications and further studies. However,some areas like emerging technologies(AI, ML) need more focus. The teaching methods could be mpre interactive.
Internships Opportunities
Our college offers excellent internship opportunities across varios domains. Companies provide intership in roles such as Software Developer, Data Analyst, and sysytem engineer. These internship often come with stipends ranging from ?10,000 to ?25,000 per month. Interns work on real-world projects like web development, data analysis, and app development, providing valuable hands-on experience in their respective fields.
Placement Experience
Placements at our college are quite good. Students become eligible from the 7th semester. Companies like TCS, Infosys, and Wipro visit, offering multiple roles. The highest package offered is around ?10 LPA and the average package is ?4-5 LPA. around 70-80% of students get placed.Profiles offerd includes Software Developer, System Engineer, and Data Analyst.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tution Fees: ?2560 per year (?1280 per semester for the IT department) Addmission Fees:?1500(not applicable for TFWS students) in our college,all eligble students have applied for the Digital Gujrat Scholarship. Additionaly,Students under the TFWS(Tution Fee Waiver Scheme) are exempted from paying the admission fees, but they are required to pay remaining fees like tution and other charges
Campus Life
Campus life here is vibrant and engaging. we have techFest in March and Cultural Fest in October, which are major events. The library is well stocked with a wide range of books. Classrooms are equipped with smartboards and projectors, enhancing the learning experience. Sport facilities and extracurricular activities, including debationg, drama, and dance, are available.
Admission
I chose this college for its strong reputation, industry-oriented curriculum, and good placemets. Compared to others College, this college offered better practical learning opportunities. I didn't make it to College due to a lower percentage and tough competition. The admission process is simple, with eligibility based on 12th grade marks and entrance exams like JEE Main or GUJCET
Faculty
The faculty-to-student ration at our college is good, with approachable professors who encourage interaction. Professor Nirjari Desai is one of the best, known foe her excellent teaching in Programming for Problem Solving(PPS). Her MEthod for explaining complex concepts clearly and her willingness to help students make her highly appreciated.
Night Life
The nightlife around college is relatively calm but enjoyable. The gym and cantin close by 9PM, while library typically shuts by 10PM. The campus and hostels are secure, with restricted access after 10PM. For late night activities, students often hang out nearby cafes or visit food joints outside campus.
