Likes

Things I like is my friend, they very kind to me .
And my campus environment is very cool .
The location of my college near forest bring us cool breeze of it.

Dislikes

The things I dislike is the mess food and all the other
And some of the faculty we have are very partial.
And the exams correction process.id very strict.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum very convenient for the student they are about 3 classes of the morning session .and afternoon session we have labs .the exams timings are about 3 hours for each exam for only externals .and for mid exams about 2 hours.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Not pretty much to say about internship programs we have frequent visit 1 per month from various companies like task etc . In 3rd year we have internship programs we go on fields and get external knowledge. We have field based projects in our 2 year .

Placement Experience

The placements of my college not very high the average package and high package is about 400000, The companies come to offer jobs are tata, singareni,ntpc etc. The percentage of getting jobs in our area 2:30 ratio.

Fees and Financial Aid

The year wise course of my branch is50000rs ,the registration fees is 2500,and lab and other external fees all round upto 760rs no I'm not getting any of the scholerships.due to my parent is government employee.

Campus Life

We have yearly fest and freshers party and flashmobs ,mini projects . We have upto 500000 lakh of books in our campus library both academic and general books . The faculties we have is gym . We have seniors who run group wise clubs for dance , speaking skills , programming club etc.

Hostel Facilities

The faculties are a two sharing room , beds, chair ,table extra ,iron shelfs provided. The quality of mess food is pretty average for the fees we pay .the menu is we have chicken on Wednesday and Sunday. Registertion of hostel done on admission day of college itself

Admission

I choose this college because of its fees structure.i have failed to get seat in other colleges coz I have no Ranking for those colleges .so I prefer this college but even this college is also top 17 place for my course .

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio is about 1:7 .the faculty I like is navya mam she is mature kind she understands well about students.i have no grudge on any faculty. They about 5 exams about 10 percent fail pass the exams .

Night Life

The night life in our college is very vibrant.and all the students come play around in the ground .we have gym , cafeteria, library closing time 6pm. The best hangout place is sports ground . The hostel closing time is 8 pm.

Thinking Beyond Academics and Placements , life at BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus.

Placement Experience:

Placement here are going on pretty well considering the recession that hit the market in recent years,student become eligible for placements from the first sem of their final year , typically 7th semester for single degree students (BE) and 9th semester for dual degree students (Msc+BE),as per the recent cycle around 310+ companies including Google, MIcrosoft,Goldman sachs etc. had visited campus with offer majorly ranging from 18 to 27 lpa , the highest package last cycle (domestic) was for 65lpa and average aroun 21 lpa. The perecentage of students getting placed is above 80% and remaining usually go on for pursuing masters or already have a PPO from the Practice School Internship.I personally will be sitting for placements in my last year and will be hoping to land a good offer.

Internships starts from spring break of 4th sem and placements start from spring break of 6th sem ( if you don't get a PPO ) Many big companies like Microsoft , Oracle , DeShaw and Qualcom visit the college. More than 80% of student that are eligible for placements get placed while the others get off campus placements or opt for higher studies. My plans after getting th degree depends on the CTC of package I get offered. If it is not upto my expectation I will pursue higher education abroad.

Regretting life to the highest

In my first phase of counselling through EAMCET i have been placed in GATE college of engineering but I'm not satisfied because of their infrastructure and less faculty. At the last phase of counselling i have been placed in jawaharlal technological university of Hyderabad, Manthani . And I'm kind of satisfied with the college so i decided to join. I have applied to many private colleges but my rank in EAMCET is not considerable to that college i have been applied so i got rejected. To get placed in JNTUHUCEM first you have to clear EAMCET entrance test and the admission process is quite easy submitting the needed certificates submission in the college and paying the admission fees of 5000. Cutoff for castes like sc/st is so less and for other castes they have to score a lil higher....Read More
