What Students Say

Likes

College campus is very big and hostel facility also available inside the campus. Cantine and 3 message also available.
All the big classroom have stepped up bench so they all student can directly see board.
Majority classroom have smart board and white board and speaker system and which class room have not smart board that classroom have projector.

Dislikes

Some hostel building are very old for living. In some of them water leakage also occurs.
In the campus lots of tree inside so that tree's leaves are drop everywhere

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose be mechanical engineering. Because of very high demand in the market and name of this institute. Exam are done with very high time management software thet students time don't get waste I think gtu should teach the course for 5 months at now in a single sem only 4month of teaching along with mid exam and remid exam.

Class Size: 90Course Fees: INR 4750 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Year fees is mainly devide in two parts college fee and exam fee College fee for the one year is 2500 for boys and free for girls And exam fee for 2 sem is 1750. After admission for all categories student have same fee to pay. For tfws student all fee are free. There are two main scholarship program available for the student 1) Dijital gujrat and 2) Mysy.

Campus Life

Very very good experience after admission in this college There are many clubs for different activities that we can join. There are different groups for the different sport anthucias . Lots of fun this institute

Admission

I applied for ldce , vgec and gec gandhinagar. In the first round I got addmission in ldce. Ldce is the very good name in market very good teaching with nominal fees. For the addmission in my college you have to register in acpc website after that as per acpc guide line merit rank declared and you got addmission as per the merit rank.

Faculty

Faculty are very good and talented. They have every answer of our query. They speak politely and behaving very good. There is no one who i dislike him/her. Because every faculty have their own perspective and teaching skills. In one sem there are 1 exam held mid of the sem . This exam was about 30 marks. And faculty check paper very strict like university.

Night Life

Vijay char rasta, commerce six road are famous road junction near college. Also different strim college are available around institute . There are PRL( space research centre) near the campus . Gujrat s biggest university gujrat university is beside the college. There are khav gali and other strict food and cafes are available near college. There are lots of pg and hostel for both girls and boys are available.

Average college with average placement and good campus

Placement Experience:

After completing the 3rd Year students are eligible for placements which starts just from when you enter in sem 7, By the end of sem 7 maximum student opted for placement are placed. Top recruiters from my branch are Zealous web, RKIT, Crest, Gateway, E sparkbiz, and many more. Around 50 students from 200 students are placed with average package of 3 lacs per annum and highest package of 7lacs per annum in on campus placement.

Placement Experience:

I am in my 7th semester and I was asked to apply. After beging rejected from two I was still provided the opportunity and in 4th attempt I finally made it. Likewise every student is provided ample chances and mostly in penultimate semester around 70% students are placed. Rest all get one final chance in the massive placements activity in the final semester.

I applied for Nirma College and pdu I was getting admission in those colleges as well but as per the fees and teaching perspective, this college is for better than those expensive colleges. I wanted to go in IIT but due to low rank I didn't get one. I didn't score enough to get admission in that college. In this college you can get admission through jee as well as gujcet plus board. "What's it's really like studying in LD College Of Engineering x

I choose this college over other colleges due to its fame and faculties. Yess lack of infrastructure was the problem but it's best goverment engineering college with minimum fees so you can afford it. It was my first choice and I got admission form acpc merit list and exams you need to score is gujcet and boards , you can also get admission through jee main scores.
