Course Curriculum Overview
LDCE is under GTU (Gujarat Technological University) and GTU syllabus is big and outdated. Now means after us junior have new syllabus and subject pattern but for our 2023 batch is not as much good to compare with other university.
Placement Experience
From 7th semester you can apply for sitting in placement. More than 130 company visit LDCE Campus for placement in civil engineering nearly 15-18 company arrive. Campus Highest placement is 18LPA And average placement is 5.5LPA.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yearly fee is rupees 2370 which includes 1500 tuition fee and 590 addmision fee 180 malicious fee. IF you get admission under TFW ( Tution Fee Waiver) then you need to pay only 870 rs fee. But only 5 percent top rankes will get TFW option.
Campus Life
Many festivals and events done in campus like more than 50 which includes techfest , festivals, Sports event , gaming events. LDCE Campus had a library and library provided excess of technical books in 10 am to 6 pm but reading facility provide 6 am to 11 pm
Hostel Facilities
I am in E block so my new hostel block is good for living. But their is common washroom facility which is i don't like. Meal is not provided by hostel but in campus 3 mess and 1 canteen where you can take meal. Addmision done in hostel on merit basis.
Admission
LDCE is number 1 collegein under gujrat government higher education. And good things is fees are less and hostel accomodation facilities provided at lower cost but doesn't include food facilities in hostel.
Faculty
In civil engineering facility to student ratio is 1:14 and their relationship is very good. Best facility is Vijay Chitariya sir in terms of forwarding information related to students which is helps. In LDCE every sem one exam conducte which is called Mid sem exam is 30 marks and you need to score minimum 12 marks.
Night Life
LDCE campus is in central side of Ahmedabad so all facilities are nearby. Many Gym like UFC , Government gym , SWF is nearby. And many cafe is also nearby. Hostel block like A B C D is not good because of old structures but block-E and H is good. Girls block-G have strict timing but in boys block is not follow.
