Likes

I liked the Joining procedure as it was quick and easy.
I liked how the classes gone and about the learning experience.
It’s quite easy to make your way through this college.

Dislikes

Exam schedules and results are quite difficult to track.
Class timings and class schedules are more commonly misinterpreted.
Though this is a old college maybe they can improve the faculty.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is designed for students to easily understand and learn from each subject . The students are able to understand and use the information to develop their understanding. The frequency and timing of exams are around 5 to 6 months .

Class Size: 56Course Fees: INR 20000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees is around 20k totally and 4 to 5k per sem. It seems there is no increase in the fees structure and quite affordable. Also it is quite difficult to pay the fees in the initial stage but for the sem fees it is easy as we can pay through online .

Campus Life

There is not much of a annual and technical festivals happened during this period of my course. The books and lectures are easily be accessed through the web portal of the university website. Also as am not much of a sports person but I will say this as a general statement that there is a lot of people who are interested in the sports .

Admission

I have chose this college only and got placed as this provided me easier access for the travelling and accommodation. It is not the first choice of my destination but the best option for me as a young student.

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio is quite drastically higher compared to other colleges .The exams are quite easy and moderate. Though I didn't have much luck speaking with all faculty members I appreciate that some of them really helped .

Night Life

There is no gym in the premises but there is a huge library and cafeteria. Also there are more hangout places inside and near the premises which gives youth more freedom and more opportunities to eat out and chill.

THE average package THAT A STUDENT USUALLY gets is AROUND 300000RS. COMPANIES LIKE HDFC AND OTHER COME FOR PLACEMENT.

CA student about distance education experience

As i have chose the path of chartered accountancy.. In order to have a degree i chose bcom and for correspondence facility i chose madras university as it was much preferred by everyone who prefer to do distance education. The admission process is through online and candidates who have applied through online would be asked to send their original copies ceriticates through post or the candidate may go in perspm and get the certificates verified.
