Likes
- College infra always thumbs up because it's very well built & easy to acess all labs, classroom, A.C in all classes provide us better comfort, lift for all the floors also good thing.
- Social interaction also good due to many different co cultural activities on regular basis, fest also different celbs visit our university I think more than 4 in a year.
- Faculties also very supportive except some of them like mostly female staff, quality of teaching is good by using ppts & other stuff, attendance should be mandatory otherwise you get debard. Girls to boys ratio is 40:60.
Dislikes
- First & most disliked thing about this University is Management It's very slow & arrogant, they put fines on irregular basis if you complain they don't done your work on time.
- Lack of playground as now because new blocks introduced in our university that's why play ground cover-up under it.
- If you're good student you easily got job because lot of companies visting our college every year more than 300,all interview take place in block C which is newly bulity.
Course Curriculum Overview
I want to do MBA from very beginning so I thought BBA is best option for me that's why I choose this course on the other hand business family background also influence me. It's best suited to me trough this curriculum I learn stocks, company analysis how they work on P&L, R&D etc. Teaching methods already up to date with all necessary equipments like smart classes, labs & faculties also have great expertise in my course. Exams held in every 2 months on regular basis difficulty level is easy to moderate you can easily attempt the question if you're just average student.
Fees and Financial Aid
I took admission in 2020 when fees was ?87000 inclusive all charges but every year it was increasing now more than ?115000/year inclusive all charges, good thing is college never demand any other charges like exam fees, lab fees etc. Library card also free of cost for id card we paid ?1000
Campus Life
First of all cultural fest, Freshers, all such thing held regularly basis celebrity like Akshay, Tiger, Jhanvi also visit our university. Journals are not up to date but you got 4 different languages newspaper in the library in Block A. Sports club also there I won gold medal in chess & shot put in intercollege sports competition. There's are lot of clubs like drama arts you can easily get contact with them, they put bar codes on walls in college where you scan & choose any of them.
Admission
I choose Galgotias University because of it's placement record & infrastructure plus no restrictions like schools, many of colleges have dress code & rules but there you're free to go anywhere but attendance is must. This is my first college where I applied & get selected in my first attempt basically I'm from science background. Admission process is very simple you just got above 70% in 12th & then you can directly visit our university website fillup the application form, visit the university with all needed docs & fees for 6 months that's it. Most preferred courses are B.tech, BBA, Nursing in my university, Jee cutoff normally 80% or above
Faculty
Faculties of our university mostly very well behaved & highly skilled, except some of them like our Econometrics teacher. All Faculties easy to acess in staff rooms,whenever you want to meet. My favourite teacher is Singha Das Ma'am of POM she's very polite & humble always take care of us like child. Student to faculty ratio is 80:20. There are total 6 sem for BBA in which 6 exams/ sem. Marking pattern in Cgpa method question paper was 100 marks. If you're just average student still you will Score good marks about 80% students pass the exam.
Night Life
Idk much about Night life because I'm from nearby so I attend from my home but according to my friends There's not all such streets & all because our university is in outskirts. Only boys hostel is there no girls hostel.
