Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is very well-structured and comprehensive in both theoretical knowledge and practical applications. What perhaps made me choose this course was the involvement of industry-relevant modules, internships, and case studies that are required nowadays in the market. Thus, the curriculum is successful at preparing students for challenges arising in real life as problem-solving, critical thinking, and doing projects are given significant emphasis while also providing an ample foundation for further academic endeavours. There is, however, scope for improvement in the integration of new technologies and electives. There are too few interactive sessions and workshops that enhance the teaching methods. The exams are conducted at regular intervals, and there is proper space between mid-term and end-term assessments. Though the level of difficulty is moderate
Internships Opportunities
in our college internships starts from the third year . Third year internship should need to be done by every student and there will be a review of the internship done in the company. they provide opportunities to do internships some of them will provide stipends
Placement Experience
Many MNC companies like TCS, Accenture, Wipro, and Infosys visit our campus. Many students with a CGPA of 8.0 or higher got placed in these companies, while some secured jobs in startups. Additionally, some students are interested in pursuing higher studies.
Fees and Financial Aid
As a management student, my tuition fee is Rs. 2,00,000 per year. The detailed yearly fee structure includes Rs. 2,00,000 as tuition fees, along with additional charges such as a caution fee (Rs. 10,000, refundable), registration fee (Rs. 5,000), admission fee (Rs. 25,000, one-time), development fee (Rs. 15,000), and lab fee (Rs. 10,000 per year). Other compulsory charges, such as exam fees, amount to Rs. 5,000 annually. The total course fee for three years is approximately Rs. 6,90,000. For other categories, such as SC/ST students, tuition fees are subsidized to Rs. 50,000 per year, with similar additional charges. Scholarships available include the Merit-Cum-Need Scholarship (up to a 50% fee waiver) and state government financial aid for reserved categories. It is worth noting that fees have increased annually by 5-10% in recent years.
Campus Life
Many clubs are available in our college, including Kruthi Fine Arts and Sport Prakruthi. Students can enroll in any club based on their interests. Additionally, there is a special club called Saheli.
Hostel Facilities
For the hostel, we need to pay Rs. 75,000 per year, which should be paid semester-wise. The hostel provides a cot, cupboards, study halls, labs, a gym, a playground, a sports room, a TV room, and washing machines. They also provide quality food. Overall, it is very affordable.
Admission
I applied to several colleges but for my rank, i did not get the seat at the best college so i decided to join the best-reputed college i according to neighbours suggestion I selected this college and joined with management quota
Faculty
There was a 20:1 ratio of students to faculty. The faculty members are highly qualified professionals holding Ph.D.s and continuously explore new skills to share with us. The faculty member we admire the most is our HOD, Dr. Veerayai Sir, who always encourages us to take on new challenges. There is no one we dislike; all our faculty members are our well-wishers. We used to write two mid-term examinations, lab-related internals, externals, and semester-end examinations. We found that most of the questions were purely logical, and all concepts were thoroughly covered by our faculty.
Night Life
Our college closes at 4.00 pm and after 4 pm only sports is there then everyone moves to their places no one is allowed during night time in the college premises and there are many sports grounds gyms parks cafeterias etc
