As I have chosed ECONOMICS, because of my keen interest in economics and the international market. The economics helps in real life if we have a good passion in the studies. The analytical side of economics provide a wide range of carrier options.

The college provide a diversified range of intership opportunities for every student with the average placement of 85 % with the average of 4.5 LPA with the highest of around 11 LPA with one of the top companies of the city.

Admission

Initially I have opted/applied for FERGUSSON COLLEGE PUNE. but i did'nt fulfilled the merit list. I did 't got addmission there because of only 3 percentage in the merit list. This college was my second priority.

Faculty

The Faculty to student ratio is very good , all the faculties including the teachers, sub staff and support staff is very helpful. Personally , I liked my Department. And their is not any specific faculty which i don't like.

Night Life

The nightlife is also very good the cafeteria is very vast and provides multiple options in terms of food. The Library is very vast with countless number of books available for every specific couse and subject.

Well worth the journey!

Course Curriculum Overview:

Parricularly the modules which focused on animal science & botany, the curriculum was built to learn from basics to the advance level towards research area of biology which impressed me alot. The focus on animal biology, statistics, cell biology & genetics, ecology & wildlife conservation, Immunology & biotechnology leads a foundation to successfully enter the real-world and apply this knowledge for better cause of humans as well as animals. As the therotical teaching method can differ from on-hand experience on field there is a need to improve the course curriculum around this issue. The learning period was designed perfectly in-course of the prepaption time between each test and it wasn't difficult if we are well prepared.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It's average or below average in term of real world experience curriculum there no such thing. Teaching is not bad there are big screen in class to teach from and blackboard. But most students don't know anything about the real world projects and techniques. Syllabus is controlled by mumbai University is too told and does not have any use in real world industries which need to be changed and most important since IT sector is something which advances and changes each year

In univeral college from sem 6 students become eligible for campus placements, Name of the companies offered in placement is TATA TCS, Infotech , and etc. Highest package from our college is 10 LPA and average is 3.2 lacs per annum. 20% percent of students successfully get placed in the companies from our placement team. After getting degree i will prefer to study more with MCA two years of course and side by side business & developing webs and applications as this is my passion and motive. i will prefer business Now i am interested in python programming language and JAVA after this React JS, Node JS and PL / SQL + MONGO DB for backend programming which has no user interactions.
