Pros: As all students got admission in this college through UPSEE counseling only with top rank holders, which create a clean and competitive environment in the campus. Cons: Our campus is situated in outer part in Varanasi-Azamgarh State Highway.

Course curriculum and exam structure is maintained by AKTU, Lucknow which is a State University in UP. Every year, AKTU reforms the important changes in the curriculum through faculty and students opinion.

In this year, our college provides maximum number of on-campus placement offers to students in comparison to all government colleges affiliated to AKTU, Lucknow. Our college also provide training and internship program to third year students.

In our college, there are two main events organizes every year. One is TechUday (technical fest) and other one is RPL (Rajkiya Premium League - a cricket league). Many workshops and talk-show also held in our campus.

As you know, our college is government aided college under AKTU. So, college fees is minimum. As per present day, ?59,000 (?40,000 tution fess + user charges) which is feasible to students coming from lower middle class family.

Scholarship are available to all students whose family income is under 8 lpa. Scholarship is provided by UP Samaj Kalyan Office.For General/OBC students, scholarship is ?64,400 and for SC/ST students, scholarship is ?78,250.

Currently, our college in under construction as it is established in the year 2010. All the needed labs and workshops are well-established. Our campus has cricket ground, badminton court, and volleyball court available for the students.

There are 4 hostels (2 boys & 2 girls) are available in campus. Hostel are accompanied by all needed facilities. Hostel fees is ?13,600 for a year and is available to all students who got admitted in college.

Our alumni are connected through college portal and also with Facebook page (REC Azamgarh Alumni). Seniors are helpful in providing guidance related to campus placements, projects, etc. We all are connected to Alumni and have a strong bond with them.

Yes, I got admission through UPSEE 2015 (UP State Entrance Exam). AKTU organizes entrance exam in the month of April every year for admission in engineering courses affiliated to AKTU. More than 800 government and private colleges in UP participated in this exam.

In last year, all government affiliated colleges under AKTU got permanent faculty members through state recruitment process. They all come from IITs, NITs, or reputed universities with experience in teaching.
