I love the enviornment like its secludedness and how it doesn't offer any distractions so we can doand achive anything we want.

Dislikes

It may offers peace and tranquill enviorment but its connectivity is a problem.

Course Curriculum Overview

Well I'm an IT student and we have over 65 students in our branch and class course is similar to any other AKTU college and it isn't much difficult but it enables us to be prepared for gate and any other competitive exams.

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 110000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Well here most of the financially challeged students get scholarship and you can even pay the fee in installments. It also offers internship oportunities so we can learn and earn at the same time. As we are too secluded we don't get the oportunity to take on any part time jobs.

Campus Life

Campus life at REC Azamgarh offers a vibrant social scene with active club involvement. However, infrastructure needs improvement for better facilities. Overall, it fosters a dynamic atmosphere but could enhance amenities for a richer experience.

Admission

Admission at Rajkiya Engineering College Azamgarh offers inclusivity but lacks transparency in cut-offs. Affiliated with AKTU, it admits low JEE Main percentiles. Flexible yet unclear, the process needs clarity for academic standards and competitiveness.

Faculty

Here at REC Azamgarh we mainly have guest faculties with only few proper permanent faculty members but it doesn't pose any much of the problems. We also have all the eqiuments and proper staff members to give us practical knowledge , we even have some of the most advanced robotic lab equipment for our use and our colllege also offers Enterpreneorship Development Cell , its a building and place which offers us many buisiness oportunities and much more.

Placement Experience:

Placement here are quite good 55 lpa was the highest package and 8 lpa was the average package and approx 90% of the students got placed.Companies like Wipro , Capgemini,TCS, Infosys comes here for mass hiring.I will join a MNC after completing my degree.

Great Placements and Infrastructures but Strict Campus Life

Course Curriculum Overview:

I picked this cousre because the syllabus is updated and helps with jobs. Itt prepares us well for placements but could use more practical labs.Exams are frequent and moderately hard, so you have to study regularly to score well. The student-faculty ratio is about 1:60. Senior teachers are very helpful and know thier subjects well. Exams are held frequently and are moderately difficult

The Truth is Revealed

Placement Experience:

The placements right now are not that good as there is a large competition in IT sector and hence the placement is not that good.... Not even 25% of final yr students get placed and those placed , are placed at very average LPA... about 4.5-5 LPA . Hardly 2 or 3 students get package of 20+LPA . If not placed on campus then one can go for GATE exam and can sit for master's degree and then will get a better placement otherwise off campus placements. After 4th or 5 th semester students can sit for the campus placements. Companis like TCS, ACCENTURE, HCL, TATA, GOOGLE, MICROSOFT , etc visits but the number of offers made are very less about 15%-20% of total students sitting for campus placements. Highest package are about 25-30LPA average package is 5 LPA percentage of students getting placed are about 20-25% through campus my plan is to get the on campus placement... if somehoe I fail, the off campus placements...

Placement Experience:

in 8 th semester you are elegible for placements is but it also depends on your particular course but in this particular course you can elegible for placements . there were several number of companies which visits the collage the top companies are amazon paytm wipro etc. the highest pakage was 1.5 cr and the average pakahe is 5-6LPA. approximately 90+% students were placed last year . my future plans are to join a big MNC.

Low rank in IIT JEE, here is the government college

You must apply for jee mains the only way to get admission to REC Azamgarh. Then apply for counselling through the AKTU Lucknow website. Get allotment then freeze the seat. Also, you can get benefits of reservation in admission. Overall the admission process is very smooth....Read More

Best college For economically weaker students- [REC], Azamgarh

I applied for IET LUCKNOW but did not get it because my rank is not good to get. But I got the Rec Azamgarh in my first counseling in my favorite trade and it's government college so I take admission in this college. To get in admission in this college your should be up to 30000. The best thing that I observed here is the behaviour of the College staffs and faculty and seniors too. The food quality here is very good as for me. And the worst is here the internet connectivity. There's no network of any service provider here. Most of the time they do not work and the wifi provided by the College is just a joke. It never works properly....Read More
