PLACEMENT COLLEGE NOTHING ELSE

Very good course has all the important labs. Subjects like programming languages and data structure are taught. Teachers are changed based on student review. Exams are easy happens twice a year. 3 CIA in a single semester.

In 6th semester mini project has to be done by every student and many companies come for intern like paypal, fidelity, Comcast with stipend of 25k-1.1 lakhs. And projects can be published also and send to confrence.

Placements are started from 3rd year. Many companies like Amazon, wells Fargo, paypal, Comcast, delloite, tcs , and 150+ companies comes for placements. Highest package was of paypal -33lpa and lowest tcs 3.3 lpa. 60-70% students placed

Yearly tution fee for btech is 150000 with a 5% annual increase. Caution fee- 2000 Dept. And association fee - 500 Sports and games fee-500 Unit test-500 Pd-3000 Id card and registration -500 Medical exam-500 Mark verification -500 Student welfare fund-1000

Annual cultural fest is kuruksastra Intra college culture fest- carpediem Intra college technical fest - utsav Annual technical fest is daksh Both of them are biggest fest of that area Many clubs like hindi, english, Tamil,Telugu literature clubs.And many technical clubs such as robotics.

Very clean and spacious hostel with wifi is there. Meal quality very poor. No balance diet no salad and fruits are provided only banana is given every single night. But hostels are clean and affordable.

I applied to many colleges like acropolis, prestige but looking at PLACEMENTS of SASTRA DEEMED UNIVERSITY I was drawn towards it. I got rejected from only one college sgsits I was not getting the course I wanted their due to low grade.

Some facilities are approachable some are unnecessarily strict. Faculty to student ratio is 20:1. 3 internal exams are there or if which best of 2 is taken for 50% weightage and another 50% is final exams.

Gym is thete for both boys and girls, library is there. Hostel timings are for girls upto 7PM and for boys upto 9PM. Some of the famous hangout places are KC and Canopy. No such public areas outside the college
