SIRT-E is superb!!

There's a reason why people choose CSE over other branches as it is vast and gives the best real life problem solving abilities. Our course gives us a lot of challenges and workshops are mandatory therefore. So I am happy with our course as it is one of the best that I could have imagined.

Many companies and the most potent of them being McKinsey. Reliance Industries and Vedanta Group too came for placements and a nominal stipend was offered as over 60 students of our batch were given internships opportunities after the final semester of 1st year.

TCS is mass recruiter and besides that too over 30+ companies came this year. CSE department is the top recruiting branch and students here get the maximum campus jobs. An average of 8 lakhs in hand is what the most students got from our campus.

The fees is 60000 a year and it is the most expensive branch of the college. For lower category students like OBC and SC/ST students scholarship worth 20 to 50k are available and therefore those students are left with very little to pay.

Techno Saga as big an event as Hackathon or Kshitij of IITs is hosted by our college since last 6 years. We have an entire sports building where we have over a dozen sporting facilities and an annual event for the same is also hosted. All the blocks of the campus are well aligned and also there are hostels inside the campus.

Well, hostel is good as it's spacious and we also have a badminton court close to our hostel. The mess is available three times and we also have a separate canteen too. A relaxation room is also there inside the hostel on each floor.

I gave JEE Mains to have a shot at the IITs but missed it by a long margin. In private colleges SIRT-E was definitely the best choice and therefore I applied here by directly coming to the college and got the admission the same day. This is how quick the TAT is tl get admission here.

Mr. Himanshu Roy is my favourite as he is the senior men and also somebody who looks after all the students really well. It's unfortunate that sometimes faculties don't get their due even after giving their heart and soul. Our faculties are one such who give their heat and soul in teaching us.

GD round was between 20 students at a go as I took admission in 2023 and wars were at full fledged. Hence the topic was on Geo Political tensions and can India have its own Lockheed Martin. Only 4 out of those 20 went till the interview round.

Well, the closest to our campus is D-Mart and therefore many times my mom asks me to get so and so items while coming back. So it's indeed a disadvantage. However to chill with friends we have a best cafe in Seven Brew and Bistro and also The Urban Gazebo for desserts is my favourite.
