Course Curriculum Overview

4

I choose this course because it is future, in every aspects of life we can see artificial intelligence. According to my point of view, the teaching should improved as we mainly study the topics from book and writing exams, we dont have practical knowledge. That should improved.

Internships Opportunities

5

For our course (artificial intelligence and data science) internship is pretty good. My seniors got the chance for internship from abroad company. Few of them will be placed to that company. we only get few chances for the internship from college. If we need more intership opportunity we shall look for it in our own.

Placement Experience

2

From 7th semester students are eligible for campus placement. The companies are not good, we can get experience from those companies. I would go for post graduation after completing my under graduation program.

Fees and Financial Aid

A very food infrastructure 100000 per year for my course We need pay a 20000 for admission 10000k will repaid after graduation (caution deposit) There will exam fees (regular and lab) for every semesters. For students who are in managment seats shall pay 80000 per year. JEE and KEAM exams are considered for the admission, students who aquired good marks shall pay less fees (according to thier marks) .

Campus Life

4

There will be freshers day for new students. Every year there will be technical festival (only program which personally i like) . Library is excellent. There we can get any type of books related to courses. For me sports meet is good. Only student with zero backlogs can be part of college union. Some classrooms are digital.

Admission

I didn't choose this college because i like it, i chosed it cause i didn't get admission in any other colleges The fee structure of this college is less compared to other.. And i didn't acquire good mark in +2 so it is difficult to get admission in good collegea

Faculty

5

In my course faculties overall faculties are good. But in first year approach of faculties are very bad. There are eight semester (2 semester per academic year). Before each semster exam we have 2 series exams (each in 50 marks). And a model exam (in 100). Exams are difficult and valuation is strict

Night Life

2

There is no nightlife inside the campus. After eight pm college will be closed and no one is permitted to enter. In girls hostel they are not permitted to go outside. They should enter the hostel before 4:30pm (lectures ends at 4pm) . In mens hostel the time is 9 pm. There is gym inside mens hostel which is not good.. There is no good equipments. College canteen will be closed at 4:30 and library is closed at 4 pm.

Placement Experience:

The placement here is top notch. This year in my campus the highest CTC offered was 56.5lpa by PALOALTO. Placements process is centralised at coimbatore though. Students are eligible for campus placements from third year or s5. Average package in computing department ranges from 10-12lpa. My plans after degree is to pursue MS: opportunities of which are provided by the college itself. In computing department almost 90% of the students have been placed according to the seniors I talked to. However it is lower in other streams.

Civil engineering is a course with least placement in every engineering colleges. Students are placed during their fourth year in college. Sobha Constructions Ltd is one of the main companies that visits college. 200000rupees package is the average package offered. Les than 25 percent civil engineers get placed. I plan to prepare for GATE exam and pursue more in this course.
