Course Curriculum Overview

I am first year engineering student so I don't know about the specific department curriculum and teaching methods the frequency of exam and the difficulty level is very good for students mental development

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I secured through the management cota which has a fees of 1lakjh rupees which were to be paid in 4 instalments provided by the college other category has lower fees as there respective caste and their subcastes

Campus Life

The campus has well lit roads and very good food like home which satisfy the students in their food needs there is good play ground to play for all the hostellers the campus is very clean and hygienic and healthy

Admission

I heared about this collage from My friends which provides me insights about the collage and heared about the vocals marketing from all my classes that studied there this provided me knowledge about the faculty and teachers

Faculty

Electronics mechanics and chemistry faculty are very very good and our help full for the student doubts . exams are unit test and semister are conducted on regular basis for student assessments very nicely.

Interview Experience

5th unit was given out as a group discussion topic for all the students which help in personality development and confidence boosting for the students which are very inconfident and dull in studying .

Night Life

The collage campus is too good and in night bouncers are available 24/7 hour the roads are safe for girls Because there are a lot of shops and recidential buildings near the collage campus there are also some pg's around the college

Overall review of my college life in VIT Pune

Placement Experience:

The Training Placement Office Logins are given to us in the third year of the college where alot of companies gives opportunities to apply for the said job role or internship. Approximately 5 to 10 companies visits are there every month which increases as you enter your final year of college.

From the 6th semester the students are eligible for campus placements. Many companies visit this college like Infosys, Calfus , Amazon , UBS, Crowdstrike. In case of no campus placements, one can try research internship offered by college.

My experience at VIT pune

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to apply for placement is after 2 year or at 5th semester. And companies that have visited are Morgan Stanley, TCS, JP Morgan, etc. and many others. Basic package is about 7 lacs per annum which I consider as okay for freshers. And the student which got highest is 26 lac per annum as he was one of the brightest student of the college. I think 50 to 60 percent students get placed more or less maximum are low package students. My plans are different than doing job so not applied at any of the job.

Students are eligible for placement from the third year itself for ppo and so. There are several companies visiting thakur around the year and there are a lot who get placement off campus too. I have heard a student from comps got into google at 72lpa. you can visit the tnp site for more detail.

placements are pretty decent here, especially for comp/it students. The average package here is around 12 to 14lakh, college provide on campus placements too, our placement cell is pretty hardworking. almost 97 to 99% of students get placed here.

It provided a good balance between academics, infrastructure and affordibility Thats why i had decide to take admission in this college. The college is associated with the well regarded savitribai phule pune university (SPPU) in maharashtra. I didnt apply for any other college beacause i just want to take admission in this college. So there no spcae for rejections from other college. The admission process is conducted through centralized admssion process (CAP) by government of maharahtra. For 10 + 2, students need to appear for MHT - CET, from that students are eligible for various colleges. For 10 + Diploma, there is no cet, admission process is based on their diploma marks.
