Likes

there are faculties who are very cooperative
there are giving value to the sports and keeping tournaments
they are giving importance to cultural and musical events

Dislikes

there is no proper bathroom facility and bathrooms are not cleaned
their are no cleaned classrooms feels like we are in cave or something
staffs are not cooperative at all it feels like if we ask something to them they think that we are asking their property

ive selected this course bcz of the scope and higher payout it isb giving for the students who choose this course as their undergraduate .in india the value keeps decreasing but in abroad it still has more value.

Mindware solutions,Mphasis ,Nimble wireless, Capillary technologies etc.. These companies visits college campus for intership and placement opportunies to students. These are the companies for Computer science students.

Placement Experience

Placement at my college are like bread with no jam. They tell us about the bigger companies visiting the college but in the end there some tire 3 companies even if place in those companies our salary in not upto 3 lpa

Fees and Financial Aid

the per year for computer science engineering is 94000 for the students whove been came through COMMON ENTRANCE TEST and same follows for the second third and fourth year .there are no high worthy scholarships .after paying 94000 we only get 15000 as scholarship account

Campus Life

Students organizes technical fests like tech yuva, hacathon, holi celebrations and oonam and dewali celebrations etc.. Libraries are well eqipped and have some technical books to refer. And there are some latest programming books which helps to crack an interview.

Admission

When decideing on my college. I applied to multiple institutions including BMS , NITTE, SCS, etc.. I recieved confirmed admission from Srinivas University Institute of engineering and Technology which is my current college.

Faculty

faculties are very cooperative with the students .they help us in our difficult times like if we are having some doubt and we are shy to ask then they will tell that feel free to ask in the classroom or in the staffroom

Night Life

There is no gym in our college there is some canteen which costs are too high compared to outside of the campus. And the cafeteria is too small that even two people can't stand nearby.There are no proper dustbins to throw the plastic wastes.

Good College with Supportive Faculty and Decent Placements

Placement Experience:

Placements at RNS Institute of Technology are good. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th or 7th semester. Many companies visit the college, including IT and core companies. Some of the common recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and a few core companies for EEE. The average package is around 3 to 5 LPA, and higher packages are also offered for top-performing students. The highest package can go much higher depending on the company. Around 70–80% of students get placed, mainly in IT roles. For EEE students, core placements are limited, but there are good opportunities in software roles. The college also provides training and support for placements. After completing my degree, I plan to get placed in a good company and build my career.

Nitte: My review on my college

Placement Experience:

Most of the students get placed from the campus placements. Students get eligible for campus placements from the fifth semester. Companies like HP, Infosys, Wipro come for recruiting and make offers from 3L per annum to 30 L per annum. Around 70 percent of the students get placed through campus placement. I plan on working for a dream company after completing my degree.

About my college

Placement Experience:

After completion of the course students are divided to teachers and the food industries are come to college and interview us and the student is eligible they can select. Some standard food related companies are visited nestle, ITC mysore , sulawines and some other companies also. The CGPA of the students is 7.5 or more is good below this also get selected but more than 7.5 is good. My plan is after completion of course then do work and get some experience in the industries and some of the time I am going to select a product and launch it over the world.

They start conducting placements activities from the 2nd year itself like AMCAT preparation, skillrack, etc. So the students become eligible for campus placements from 7th sem itself. Many companies like TCS, Diggibyte, Zoho,etc. and the offers are from 3 lakh to 16 lakh per annum. Percentage of students getting placements are about 90% My plan is to get into the IT sector as i have an interest to explore and enhance my technical skills

Placement Experience:

I applied to colleges like BMSIT and Sir MVIT, and I had confirmed seats there, too. I chose RNSIT because it has a better reputation for placements in my branch and the campus environment felt more welcoming. I didn't get into RVCE because my KCET rank wasn't high enough for their top branches, as the competition was very tough that year. The admission process is simple. They mainly take students through KCET and COMEDK. You need at least 45% in your 12th boards (PCM). Most students prefer KCET because the fees are lower. Once the seat is allotted through counseling, you just visit the campus, submit your documents, and pay the fees. The whole process was quite smooth and well-organized."

PST Bright Student Honest Review/insights

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very unique, and very new, we are not taught irrelevant subjects and topics like every university does, Polaris school of technology (PST) is a new gen college which mainly focuses on tech, producing the best engineers not amongst india but amongst the world, it's aim is to produce engineers who are better than IITians and MITians, all these specifications influenced me to choose this course/curriculum When it comes to real-world applications, Polaris school of technology(PST) gives us real-life problems and scenario based projects through evaluations which help us in the future and helps us to build a proper approach for problems and train us to be the best. We have two main exams per sem which would be conducted every 3 months that is ½th of the sem, we have a total of 8 sems, so total 16 exams, our exams would be difficult for other college students, but not for us as we have the best mentors.
