Course Curriculum Overview

We have a nice curriculum as that not only teaching provided by our faculty we have do Coursera so that we would be exposed to foreign faculty Maybe they can reduce the amount of exams they making us to write

The yearly fees that is tution fees is 3,50,000 Caution fees 25,0000, Registration fees 1000Hostel fees 1,68,000 Yes there are feeses for our batchmates who belongs to other classes but I don't know exactly

There as many annual and technical festivals ,along with months they are helding atleast one for a week The classrooms,labs and college area is fully cctv monitered it is highly secured There are many student run social groups such as ATB and all

Admission

The only reason that I joined in this University and course is that my parents are satisfied with it.the only admission process is management one but throught COmEDK the fees will be very less that very one can bear but as per management I have a doubt

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio would be 1:5 .the faculty to student relationship is highly appreciable As at present I am still in first sem I don't know many faculty members here There are as many exams as you want

Night Life

U can think there are 5 dining areas in our college one is food court (the college one), Aromas ( a Restaurant), Nescafe, Amul The internal campus timings are that we can roam wherever you want until night 10 o clock

Life at IIT Dharwad - What to expect

Placement Experience:

At IIT Dharwad, students become eligible for campus placements right after their 7th semester(i.e. after the start of 4th year) and during their 3rd year, students also have opportunities to sit for internships which can later convert to PPOs. The companies that have visited our campus are Adobe, Amazon, Texas, TCS, wipro etc. The highest CTC offered was 55LPA and average package for CSE is 18-20LPA, and for the core branches is around 10-15LPA. In CSE more than 93% of the students got placed and many of other students opted for higher studies . In the core branches the placement percentage was around 85-88%. After My degree, I plan to go for a Software Engineer role.

Placement Experience:

We enter the placement at the end of 3rd year almost at 4th year(6th to 7th semester). The placement cell organizes various traning program, including mock interviews, group discussions, and communication skills workshops. Past 3 to 4 years more than 10 companies per year offered hiring 100+ students. But over the year the companies have come down and providing les opportunities. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, etc recruite students from this college. The highest package is 25LPA and the average package is around 6LPA. Due to the increase in the rate of admission, the percentage has been decresed. Almost 25 out of 100 students are getting placed in this college. After getting degree, I will try my level best to get placed in campus itself. If not, I am interested more in Competitive exams, I will focus on it.

The Pros and Cons of being a student at MIT Manipal

Placement Experience:

From the7th sem onwards campus placements are put in place for btech students. Many companies such as microsoft, google, BMW, mercedes, accenture and others look for students here. The top 100 of each branch get the highest packages with the average of that being 22lpa for the cce branch. The rest of the students that are placed have an average salary of 14 lpa. Almost all the students are placed with the placement rate being around 90% for my branch. I plan on working for 2 years after getting placed and then pursuing an MBa degree abroad to further my tenure as a valuable asset to whatever company takes me under their wing.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in college . Highest package was 52 lpa in 2024 and average was 9-10 lpa. But the percentage was very less in 2024 because of recession and negligence of placement cell and their bad decisions.

I was passionate about this course.Faculty in our course were experts and experienced lecturers. Our faculty 3 to 4 members were P.hD holders. And others were M.Tech and also pursuing P.hD The exams were in every 6 months duration. Some subjects are easy to pass but difficult to score and some are difficult to pass
