Course Curriculum Overview
I basically think the syllabus is pretty out dated but we need to learn the basics. I personally feel there are some unwanted subjects in the syllabus which are not much useful. In the upcoming new regulations they are trying to change it.
Internships Opportunities
In our college their is TBI which incubates startup. Those startup will provide internship opportunities for 2nd nd 3rd year students. The students can get internship opportunities on their own from outside and college will support them.
Placement Experience
The placement is fair enough. The average placement package is around 4-5 lpa. The placement percentage is good comparatively but not impressive in our year may be due to recession. The number companies that visit the college is high comparatively. One can be placed in only one company.
Fees and Financial Aid
First about college fees is 1.25 lakhs for counseling students and 1.5 lakhs for management students. The hostel fees is 80000. There will be no extra fees will be collected like exam fees, placement fees all is inclusive. The fees should be paid in a single payment. The placements are fairly good. The opportunity will be provided. The infrastructure is also good and ample opportunity for entrepreneurship also. The college provide scholarship amount of 25,000 to 17,500 per year for the top 5% students in each department. They also help in applying government scholarship like OBC/MBC scholarship, sc/st scholarship, pragati scholarship for women etc,. This is based on my experience from 2021 to 2025.
Campus Life
The college give importance to the club and society activities. Their is also cultural and rotary club which conduct two big cultural events per year. It is a anti ragging campus. The campus life is overall good.
Admission
It's a pretty good college around the area. The fees is comparatively low than the other colleges. The admission process is similar to all colleges like producing documents and first year fees during the admission
Faculty
The student to faculty ratio is fairly good. The faculty are good and well experienced. All college have some rude staff and good ones the same apply here. Coming to exams totally 8 sem and each sem has 3 internals in which best of two will be taken, end sem lab and exam will be conducted at the end of the sem.
Night Life
The campus gate is closed on 7:30 pm. The boys hostel is open all night but you can't go out of the campus. The girls hostel is strict compared to boys hostel. It will be closed on 6:00 pm. All the canteen and library will be closed on 6 pm.
