Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is relevant and mixes a good deal of theory along with practical skills to help students to be well-prepared for real application as well as further studies. Two sessionals (with two examinations on the same day), one final examination are involved in each semester. Depend on the preparation, the situation will be tough. While the course covers a lot, it should be more contemporary by including digital and interactive teaching instead of just mere theory. It will bring about efficiency and engagement in the process of learning.
Fees and Financial Aid
I paid 90 thousand per annum as my fees everything includes inside it For taking admission in college you have to pay 1000 rs of registration Sc st students get scholarship they got 80 to 85% money back of their fees College also provide loan for economic week categories and student have to pay the loan after one year of completion of course
Campus Life
Campus life in my college is lively as the various clubs in specific months organize annual technical events. The library has books on wide subjects, and for SC/ST students, there is a Book Bank where one can get all the books of the semester. In our course, however, smartboard facilities are missing in classrooms. The sports club is in charge of sports and extracurricular activities and has won several trophies. A friend started a new club, which gave him very good experience, though it was a late-night effort to manage. The campus is overall dynamic and supportive.
Admission
I applied to other colleges like LPU but chose this college because its fees are more affordable, and it is also closer to my home. Although I had the chance to join LPU, I did not take the admission there due to my personal reasons, not by rejection. The admission procedure in my college is smooth and based on 12th-grade marks. There are reserved seats for students from specific states and SC/ST categories with Kashmir migrants, so admission is quite inclusive. Otherwise, the experience was smooth and accessible for eligible candidates.
Faculty
My college faculty members are friendly and easily reachable, and they are ready to assist the students at any time. There is a decent faculty to students ratio which allows for personalized attention to students. My OOPs teacher in particular was very helpful in that he made sure students understood the concepts and was able to assist them appropriately. The course structure is good enough as it meets the industry demands with the examinations being a blend of easy and tough. To be successful, one must be well-prepared. Teachers do not bias when marking and grade students in accordance to how they have performed. The majority of students do pass, only a tiny fraction fail
Night Life
The nightlife around my college campus is pretty quiet, especially with restrictions in place. The gym is available for hostel students, and the cafeteria operates only during college hours, so there's not much to do late at night within the campus. Good security, a safe environment for students, though the allowance to go out only up to 8:30 PM limits late night options. Since there are no many halls to hang out on campus late in the nights, malls are some of the popular spots and are safe to visit with a place to wind out. Overall, a quiet atmosphere after classes helps the students focus more on studies, but there is no lively nightlife that would otherwise make it more college-like.
