My experience in Bhavan’s Tripura College Of Science & Technology , agartala

I wanted to study Information Technology so this college was offering this course at a very decent price . My lab day in a week is 4 days and at everday we do our assigned work which make us more perfect in our course which will help us in future

Till now i only had one internship done that was in 3rd sem(currently in 3rd sem) which was conducted by NELIT agartala . The project was on Machine Learning in python and it was a non-paid internship and we got no offers from any company

The total yearly fees for this course is 50000 i.e 25000 per semester and 150000, and the admission fees was 5000 rupees and i also availed bus so the bus fees is 70000 so overall i paid 37000 at the time of admission. I heard that the tuition fees have increased from this year by 2000 i.e 7000 also there are some extra charges for some festivities and other programs/events (negligible) . Also there is library and yes there is a late fee for not submitting the books on due dates.

My college have only four programs which are teachers day , foundation day of college , freshers day and farewell for our seniors. Some books will not be available at the library so that's a disadvantage and you can take a book from library only for 14days and you have to return the book on the 15th day otherwise you will be fined with 50rs which i think is unnecessary my college shouldn't charge that much. About sports and games there is arrangements made for the games and sports we have the necessary things for some of the sports and games like cricket, carrom batminton

This was the only college which was offering BSC in Information Technology in our state so I selected this college for my bachelor's and also it have a very affordable price for this course this is another reason for choosing this college

The ratio of faculty to student is quite ok and we have very good bond with our faculty of our particular departments we can discuss about our problems with them anytime as a student of IT department i will always say that my department faculty teachers are the best also the other faculty teachers are quite friendly with every student . Coming to exams which is at average level if a student go through their syllabus they can easily score full marks

Our college doesn't have any hostel so the students who come from different states/cities have to stay in rent near our college areas . Our college doesn't have any gym or cafeteria but we have canteen in our college where we can have pur lunch and brwa
