Course Curriculum Overview
Course Curriculum at MMU is very much similar to what some other colleges have for BPT, In the first year we had subjects like anatomy, neuro-physiotherapy, biochemistry, psychology..etc. But the way there teach us, i believe, is completely exceptional. In the first year itself, they had shown us real heart, real brain, and other body parts thus providing us very fantastic way to learn. Coming to exams, they follow very common approach. In one semester we have 1 time mid term exams and at the end of semester we have to take end term exams. In between the semester they take a lot of class tests to check our dynamic understanding of their subject.
Placement Experience
I don't know much about the placements but as per my senior told me they have nice placement tie-up with companies. For the year 2k18 , the highest package was of 24 Lacs. Various companies like Kony, Pepsico, HCL, Infosys, Capgemini have employees who are also the alumni of our university.
College Events
Here at MMU we celebrated a lot of fests, recently a bollywood singer came to our campus and we luckily got free passes for that event. The event was in night and we really enjoyed it. they also conduct frequent blood donation camps to help needy people. we also celebrated christmas, Lohri, and vaisakhi here.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure for BPT course is quiet feasible here, and it is dynamic i.e; it changes every year for every student. for examples my fees for 1st year is 86k for 2nd year it is 86k, for 3rd it is 90k .... .etc Refer to below site to get information about fee structure of courses they have : "https://www.mmumullana.org/fee-structure"
Fees and Financial Aid
I did not get any scholarship but they provide scholarship on merit cum means basis AND the other condition is that student's parent should have income less than 100000 per annum(both should be fulfilled in order to get scholarship) --> 100% scholarship to those who score >=90% , -->40% scholarship to those whose marks are between 80 to 90(percent) -->30% scholarship to those whose marks are between 70 to 80(percent)
Campus Life
I have seen a lot of extracurricular activities happening in this campus, it includes Orientation day programme Annual sports meet Rangoli competition Dance competition Painting competition Singing Competition Essay writing Competition Cricket tournaments and some more
Hostel Facilities
Hostel infrastructure is quiet average. But the facilities they provide to the students residing in the hostels are not up to the mark. Their are security issues, we don't have enough number of cameras in our hostel. Hostel also have mess facilities which is also average. The best part we have is Gym for which we don't have to pay extra money and it is quiet managed.
Alumni/Alumna
We don't have good network of interaction with alumni or seniors here. It will be better if college do something to make some communication channel between us so that we get some future insights thus we can work on some clear goal rather than a blurry goal. To get interacted with seniors we have to approach them for the required thing and most of them have helping nature ;P
Faculty
As i mentioned somewhat about teaching earlier, MMU has a really good quality when it comes to faculties, teachers here are very cooperative and they keep interacting with us because of which we find the subject interesting. Most of my subjects are practical and my teachers have really good knowledge representation skills. They made us pretty clear about the topic we have to study on that particular day
