The Surroundings are great you'll have a experience of great infrastructure with great library

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is like good and yeah the college curriculum also prepares you for real life challenges and the timing and frequency of exams are not quite good enough and the exams are quite easy y can easily pass

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 224000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Companies provide internships but they'll only give you stipend if you're well enough good in studying and the companies that provide internships are Wipro tech Mahindra and high radius every semester there is a project submission and there 1 minor and a major project review

Placement Experience

At the end of the 6th sem or after the completion of 3rd year companies come for placement interviews and the companies often visited are tech Mahindra Accenture and high radius the highest salary is 800000 and the avg salary is around 450000

Fees and Financial Aid

The year wise fees for cse is 224000 the tuition fees is 149000 per year and the registration fees is 1500 per semester and the college provides study loan for the students who have financial issues and for cse only per year is 224000

Campus Life

The fest are conducted every year after two sems each year each branch fest is conducted and there is only once in a year annual cultural fest is conducted the range of books available is very wide in the Library and many kinda clubs are also there

Hostel Facilities

The facilities provided in a room are bathroom,a table,bed and a chair for 3 persons each and wifi is also available but the speed is kinda slow the meal quality of the mess is worst and evey 2 weeks the food menu changes

Admission

I chose this college because it's good as compard to other college and the admission process of our college is kinda complex but the management is worse and the eligibility for admission is just 12th pass

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio is kinda 1:10 like there are two phases i.e morning and afternoon phase the faculties are all phd qualified and there are two class test and after that there is mid sems then the end sems exams are conducted

Night Life

Gym, swimming pool and many more is provided by the college the fees for this is included after the semester the famous hangout places inside the college are cool parlour and yeah it is safe to roam around the night

Faculties are very helpful they provide notes everyday what they teach
College students are friendly and affordable
They give many fests and cultural events

Dislikes

They discriminate between girls and boys always
Discriminate between locals and others mainly if you are from Bihar

I don't like 75% attendance and the strictness of the faculty members

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is now updated since it became a University, so its more relevant to industry now but still we have to do extra courses for coding. Exams happen every few months—2 internals and one end-sem. They are not very easy, you actually need to study to pass without backlogs

Likes

The infrastructure of each campus in the college is very pretty and it's a green campus
The classrooms are well equipped with WiFi, Smart-boards for digital education.
Also travelling from one campus to another has been made easier as buses and golf carts are provided to students

Dislikes

The crowd of students here is too much which feels too much chaotic and disturbing .
The hostel management here as they don't give importance to the major issues here.
The hostel mess food. The quality is degrading day by day

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college is good. This year 75% of the students are already placed with an average package of 8LPA . The highest package till now for this year is 22LPA. Many companies have visited for the placements and 100+ offers have been made. Companies like BNY, Infosys, Deloitte, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Bain& Company, High Radius, TCS, EY, PWC and many more of them have visited the campus.

The college campus greenery and campus cleaning management are doing really very well that is the only good part but that doesn't matter much for your career.
⭐⭐There is nothing good to mention about this college after going through all the procedures from taking admission to degree,I regret and many of my friends also regretting taking admission into this college.⭐⭐

Dislikes

They have a good well maintained cricket ground but students are never allowed there only for commercial purposes and to attract new joinee.
Staff and management are very helpful and polite only till admission done.🥲.
Hostel food quality is extremely unhigenic, no one takes responsibility after many complaints also.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum was very classical , too much theory oriented for placement point of view they will provide last 1 month or 2 months training for aptitude part rest for technical you have to study on your own.

Likes

Beautiful campus with lot's of space and with good computer labs
They conduct exam in very smoothly manner

Dislikes

Need to improve administrative building while submitting fees many students face problem
Lab session of some subjects are too long which is around 3 hrs which need to reduce for atleast 2 hrs

Placement Experience:

Placement opportunities in my college are good, with students generally becoming eligible for campus placements from the pre-final or final year, depending on the course and company criteria. The college has an active placement celll that supports students by Organizing training sessions, resume building and also mock interviews.

Likes

I like enhance my knowledge in computer and technology. I like to learn new ideas in google sheet and AI.
I like hiking and campaign in forest and mountain. And to go in long drive on bike.
Exploring new things which I don't know finding reason on natural phenomenon.

Dislikes

I dislike to follow people blindly. And doing as same
I dislike to worship god visit temple and any regional place.
I dislike to stay at home on vacation or holiday

After completion of 6 th semester candidates are eligible for campus selection. The highest you get around 20Lac per annum and minimum 5 Lac per annum. Around 30 % student get placed each year. Posco, sas motors, jindal, are coming company

My college is best

Likes

Things I like is to good faculty, garden.
VSSUT provides the best amenities and bathrooms.
Excluding hostel & other facilities are like good.

Dislikes

The water quality is not good at all from mess side.
The drainage system is not maintained well.
The surroundings are not clean and the guarda are strict.

Placement Experience:

Some say that the celllege has better placements, but that the salary is not very lucrative. Infosys, Tata Steel, IBM, Wipro, Cisco Systems, Larsen and Cognizant, Maruti Suzuki, Adani Group. My plans are to go to better iim for mba

Likes

The professor who taught in our class they are taught is best In teaching.
They provide you many opportunities to work upon on you.
The infrastructure of college is good and huge.

Dislikes

The campus is very vast, and you have to walk for every minute of work.
The are very serious about your study and what you are doing
The gate get closed if you get came late even it's 5-10 minute late.

Placement Experience:

It's good as many company come but the placement directly depend on your study and hard work of your 4 year and a pre placement also conduct in 3rd year where you can also get placed. For placement the student should secure 8-10 cgpa for sit in interview exam.

GIET AND IT'S INSIGHTS

I have not applied for any other colleges as I have left with no choice at the end for pursuing Btech and I have not scored good in JEE as I wasn't preparing for opting BTech.So for choosing private colleges in odisha I chose this because the place is remote and it is heard that the climate is very pleasant. The admission process starts at the month of May an amount of 20000 for seat reservation is taken which will be reduced from the final fees i.e. 2,39,000 when you come to the college admission that helds in the month of July inside the campus. The students and parents should come with the credentials required for the admission which are copies and originals of student's adhaar card, 10th and 12th marksheet, Migration certificate, Father's adhaar card . Due to good faculty and provide good facility in laboratory for any kind of research.Education system is high profile level.24 hour open large library due to this system no money is spend in purchasing book.other training classes also available there.international conference are attained every year. study tour facility also available.some social services also provided by the institute.
