Remarks

College is better for placements than compared to the colleges in the area of pcmc better than dy patil akurdi though in terms of placements and staff teaching. But stiff if u r getting pccoe take that

Course Curriculum Overview

Courses are very logical and only those subjects are taught that is required for that certain field of engineering and the exam structure is that is conducted by savitri bai phule pune university There are 3 exams in total 2 online type and one theory type that is end sem online is of 25 marks each and in sem is of like 50 marks

Placement Experience

Yes the college has a good reputatuon for having campus placements as it is NAAC acredated so various companies are visiting the college to pick up student for a particular job and there are internships taken in 2 year or so. So it definately helps u find a job

College Events

There are various events that take place in the college cultural like traditional day, dj night etc but there are various competitions that take place year very often on a large scale so that the student gets to know his potential and to increase his capability in those fields that he is lagging behind

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is feasible as compared to other colleges the fee here is 88,000 per year so in other colleges it is above 1,00,000 so here it is feasible and reasonable. So i would suggest u if u are having financial problems then join this college

The college does not offer any type of scholarship or loan but the same is done by the govt various schemes are brought for the encouragement of the backward students to fulfill thier dreams especially for girls there are various scholarships

Yeah extra curricular activities are promoted in this college there are various technical and non technical events in which u can take part and they do give u certification so that u can use this certification in ur resume during campus interviews

Yeah seniors are very helpfull especially when u are a hostalite then they help u with some of thing to start of with like they help u find rooms if u are not getting accomodated in the hostel they also help u to familiarize with the locality and help u to locate resources that are essential

The faculty in here is cheerful the help u in every way they are capable of doing that there is a scheme that one teacher will be appointed for a lot of 22 students so that if any student has any difficulty in coping up with the work load or any thing they will look into it. This scheme os very usefull for those students that are living in hostels

Dislikes

The hostel mess food lacks variety and quality, which is a frequent concern among resident students.
The placement department needs improvement as more core internship and job opportunities could be provided for undergraduate finance and BMS students
There is a lack of student-accessible Wi-Fi facilities across the campus premises, which makes online research difficult during college hours.

I chose the BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies) course primarily due to its highly comprehensive coverage of core business aspects specially human resources. The curriculum is well-structured to offer a deep understanding of corporate administration and strategic management, which strongly influenced my decision to enroll. Regarding the examination structure, semester exams are conducted systematically every six months, with internal assessments, assignments, and class presentations spread across the term. The timing is generally manageable, and the difficulty level ranges from moderate to high, effectively testing a student's analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities rather than just memory recall.

Likes

Infrastructure is just too good- Building is Fully Air Conditioned
Placement are really decent for a Commerce Graduate around 6-7 Lakhs per annum
Lots of student Associations are there to gain practical exposure.

Dislikes

Very Strict Attendance Policy of 75 Percent.
Rigid and Time Consuming Course Structure
Lot of Fests are there but they do not match the Vibe like North Indian Colleges Fests

Placement Experience:

Placements are decent around 6-7 LPA and almost 50% students get placed and the Highest package is Around 22LPA . Many MNCs visit the college such as McKinsey,Barclays, Goldman Sachs etc. • I am planning to get placed in a MNC.

I loved the library and canteen of the college
College community is quite good no ragging is done
Faculties are strict but at the same time they are supportive as well

Dislikes

Small Campus not very interesting can be done on that place
Curriculum is as same as tier 3 colleges not very interesting and does not match to those of other colleges like VJTI
Placement cell is not very active they don't provide internship

Placement Experience:

After 4th year students are eligible for campus placement. Capgemini, wipro, accenture are the top companies visited here and the highest package offered was 30lpa. As of now the placement percentage is 80% and rest go for off campus. And even I'll try to go for Off campus

The professors at the college were always available for any doubt clearances or any other help
College also offered courses free of cost of latest technologies
The college supported students in taking part in any paper conference or hackathon

Dislikes

Conduction of technical events was comparatively less
The was alumni connection was not available through college
The infrastructure could be improved more

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements in the fourth year. There are good number of placement opportunities available through college but the placement package is less compared to other colleges. The placement cordinator is helpful.

Some departments here were really great like ETC and Mechanical with a unique culture going on
AIML and AIDS being new branches here are still doing their job very well for the students

Dislikes

The Students section not really tends to help ,as i saw many financially weak students facing the problem of 1 time payment fees and their request for part payments option is always rejected
Infrastructure is decent but in summer season the water coolers are just useless there ,no cooler will give you cold water

Some courses were to the point like IOT was well designed and DSA too with java programming side by side ,still as i said AIML is new branch and needs much enhancements ,the areas where they can improve was always practicals and labs those were always taken casual as i remember

The lab management no sitting arrangement many of the water taps not working ect
The office faculty most of them are rude in behaviour
The parking arrangements not well yet and not allowing any of four wheeler inside the campus

Dkte is best for practical knowledge because of its pilot plants which are having machineries with good working conditions
Highly skilled faculties with excellent experience of industrial as well as teaching sector
There are many facilities like idea lab and other testing labs are available which helps students in there project related and research related work

College timing is more as compared to other Colleges
Extra curricular activities and annual events are not upto the marks as compared to other colleges
Canteen facilities for breakfast, lunch, dinner are not that good

Students are getting eligible in 6 semester for campus placement Companies like Trident , Arvind Ltd, epic group ,uniclo, vardhaman textile ,dyester ,Aditya Birla knits, Aditya Birla fashion retail, reliance, OCM ,donear etc are visiting and offering jobs ranging from 3.5 lakhs to 18 lakhs per annum Highest salary job is given by companies like Trident and epic group the salary is ranging between 18 -19 lakhs 100 % of students are getting placed every year

I applied for three colleges DY Patil Akurdi DY Patil Pimpri which is my current college and Nutan College. I didnt get admission in DY Patil Akurdi because the cutoff was higher than my score. I got admission in Nutan but I didnt take it because the placement ratio is low the average package is not that good and the crowd and environment also didnt feel right for me. Compared to the other colleges I chose DY Patil Pimpri because the academic environment is better and placements are decent for my branch. The campus is clean teachers are good and the college has a better name than Nutan. There are more seminars and workshops also and overall the atmosphere feels more motivating. The admission process of my college is simple. Admission happens through CAP round by the government. Main eligibility is 12th science with PCM and giving entrance exam like MHT CET or JEE.
