- The infrastructure of this college is the best among all other private colleges and it contains everything an engineering student needs.
- The amount of events undergo here is truly amazing because most of the events are the key of opportunities for the student. Especially for those who are from technological field.

Dislikes
- There is too much crowd here. By too much I mean a lot. Like you can never find the college in a little peace. You will see the crowd always in the stairway in the main walkway between blocks and all
- The students here are mostly humourless and more like a undergrown. You will see a lot of immature students here which again becomes a factor in cooperation.
- The college resides in the middle of some very other planet disconnected from the very own world... You will face a lot of network issues here but that issue will not show much impact as the college is totally wifi enabled
Course Curriculum Overview
The course which I am pursuing is Btech in Computer science and engineering. The course tells all about itself just by the name. The specific aspects that influenced my decision to choose this course are my interest and my cousin brother's words. I am way more interested in computers than anything else so I love studying computer science too.
Internships Opportunities
Galgotias University provide internship opportunities through its career development cell, industry tie ups( Wipro, TCS, Infosys), and research projects under faculty or external collaboration. For other internship opportunities you can also look out to the third party internships other than that of these companies
Placement Experience
The placement of this college is pretty decent and it's keep improving year by year. I am seeing on my own that the placement here are improving every year. The companies visiting here are offering a pretty decent package to the students here. For me if I didn't get any placement then I would try in companies like Microsoft and Adobe as they are my dream companies and as they are, I will also prepare for them a lot. The companies that visited here are Infosys, TCS, cognizant, Amazon, microsoft, Adobe etc. The highest package here is 1.5 cr and lowest is 2-3 lakhs
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees for the first year here is 1,72,000 in total including all kinds of fee. Afterwards it says that the fees is 1,55,000 pa. In the name of scholarship they provide 5% relief as the student scored more than 95% in their 12th boards. For other scholarships you can get if you are reserved for that quota like mostly of the EWS category.
Campus Life
Campus life at Galgotias University is vibrant and diverse. Socially, it offers a multicultural environment with engaging events like G-Quasar. Students can join various clubs (technical, cultural, sports) to develop skills and network. The modern infrastructure includes advanced labs, libraries, sports facilities, and comfortable hostels with Wi-Fi. Located in Greater Noida, it’s well-connected to Delhi. Overall, it fosters growth, friendships, and a balanced academic extracurricular experience.
Admission
I applied for one other college too. It was Faculty of Technology under the DU(Delhi University). It was a new college under DU which was specifically made for cse mechanical and electrical branch of engineering. I applied there because of the name of the great DU and also my family wanted me to go to a government college. I also qualified for the college admission as my JEE rank was sufficient to get through the admission but because of some difference in the details I submitted and the original ones I didn't get the chance as in the form I filled some details by mistake.
Faculty
The faculties here are pretty decent. They all are very helpful and guiding. They actually help us to proceed towards our course and other future building things. Especially for my course for me... The faculties are good. They guided me through the semester pretty well and also there is enough things to learn in their lectures.
Interview Experience
Nope... There were no group discussion or interview for the admission. I got the admission on direct merit basis as per my 12th boards percentage. Atleast a 60% of marks in boards is required to qualify for the cse branch in enginnering
Night Life
Nightlife around Galgotias University is modest. Students enjoy local cafes, Ansal Plaza, and late-night hangouts at Pari Chowk. For vibrant nightlife, Delhi hotspots like Hauz Khas and Connaught Place are popular weekend escapes. On-campus fun includes events and hostel activities.
