Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because it is a job oriented course. This course is more of theory than practicals. Being a computer science student in 12th theory is more difficult for me. Teaching can be improved by teaching which points should be studied and how we should write exams

Class Size: 78Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees for our 3 year course which includes BCA with Add on is 3 lakh. Add on fee 125000 and remaining is the sem fees. Remaining fees is collected over each sem like instalments. No scholarship/fee concession for merit students. SC, ST has provided scholarships.

Campus Life

Every year fests and events take place. That is the best thing about this college. Many clubs are there including nature club, charity club, nss etc. All these clubs provide many activities to students.

Hostel Facilities

I have stayed in college hostel as well as in rented room. Hostel timing is upto 6.30. All facilities are provided in both places. Rented room is close to college so it is easy to go to college and its nearby places.

Hostel Fee: INR 6500 per year

Admission

I came to this college because I was selected by merit. The admission was purely merit based. My rank was low in the colleges where I applied. So I choose this college because this course comes with add on course.

Faculty

Faculty is very supportive and friendly. There teaching is ok. All the teachers are good. Each sem we have two internal exams and assignments are provided. Failed students are given retest option by the department.

Interview Experience

No interview or test was there. The admission was purely merit based. So I don't have anything to share on interview or test questions and its rounds. They selected me on the basis of my 12th marks. Thank you.

Night Life

Nightlife around college campus is very good. Gym, cafeterias, library everthing is available in and around campus. The locality is not much safe for girls alone but together with friends it is safe. Police patrolling is there 24/7.

My internship information and project details

Placement Experience:

My college provides placement for students having good cgpa and a student can apply once they reach 6th sem as i plan on doing B-tech further on my course i really haven't thought about taking placement so i don't have much knowledge about placements provided by my college. As many students aim for further studies and only half of them apply for placement the placement rate is good at our college providing nice packages.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I thought this course will be useful for the future. So i choose this course. Subjects teaching can be made more relatable to the course and future. Maybe they can add day gaps between exams. The exams are conducted in consecutive days, each day two exams.

The experiences at my College

Course Curriculum Overview:

The unique aspect I found at Chinmaya Viswavidyapeeth is that they involve courses that shape an individual to his/ her best version. They teach us the aspects of life and how to enter and solve an issue with confidence. There are improvements needed in few areas but the overall performance is great and we know that the management is trying hard. The time between exams are a bit short but the frequency is not much, their difficulty level is based on the course's difficulty level.

Placement offers are there and we fill the forms for that . The placement are selected from the third year with some projects and guidance. IBM, adani group, and some other global teams are the placement offers in cvv so the students are very lucky to study in cvv campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

In the new world of technology it is more good to study something related to the future. In short i felt bca has more scope in future . Teaching are not relevant for the future world. They should upgrade their teaching methods and the syllabus is not upto date . We are still studying about the old generation techniques. Frequency and timing of exam along with your perspective is okay .

OPINION ON MY COLLEGE

Actually i didnt apply for other colleges. I have only applied for this college because of the add on classes they provided. Unlike other colleges they have normal degree courses and professional courses along with that. Thats something special about this college thats why i chose this college over others. REVIEWING MY COLLEGE

I chose this college because of the add on courses they offered that was the main reason and i didn't apply for that much colleges because i took a management seat here. The eligibility was like the student must have over 50% in the 12th grade. I had around 85% so i got a seat. I didn't got rejected anywhere because actually i only applied here. I did a good research about their add on courses. My interest was arouns cyber security and they had it thats why i choose this college over others.
