The atmosphere of the college is ideal for studying with no disturbance
The thali service by NSS that provide thali at the rate of 10 rupees for needy students

Dislikes

There are enough hostels for boys but not for girls
There is no placement programme in Arts department

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum provided by the university covers all the important parts of English Literature, which helps the students to attain a deep and clear understanding of English literature. Each semester, there will be 2 internal exams in which one is a written test for 15 marks and the other is any activity for 15 marks. The final exam will be for 70 marks

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 3500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are paid semester wise Semester 1:6350 Semester 2:3350 Semester 3:4300 Semester 4:3350 This is the fee structure for all students. There is a scholarship called merit cum need given to students belonging to category other than general.

Campus Life

There are some festivals held yearly but comparatively less. The library is a huge one but in English literature section, there is no enough books available. There are lots of clubs, NGOs, students groups, NSS etc

Admission

The student should pass BA English with minimum 50%. The selection of students are based on the CUET score . Cutoff varies each year. The university will announce the details in there official website and the list of the students who are called for the counselling will be published in the website

Faculty

The faculty of English Department is excellent. They are ready to help the students wholeheartedly. There is no pressure or stress. The professors are highly qualified which add more value to the quality of education

Night Life

There is no night life inside the campus. The campus is silent after 6 pm. But outside the campus there is night life. Boys hostel have no specific timing but girl's hostel is very strict. Their timing is 6.30pm

Placement Experience:

This college was not in my list, but it gave the honours course for without mathematics. So I preferred this college above others for that. The other college asked for maths so didn't give it. The admission process was simple and They first released the merit list according to the marks of CUET. So I got 192 rank in the merit list and , they needed to be present at the first counselling. According to merit list . About 250 students where there in the merit list and out of that about 76 students got admission.
