Course Curriculum Overview

awesome. exam is conducted according to cbcs system according to which you have to give 2-semester exams per year. it tests the in-depth knowledge of your subject. the syllabus is not so lengthy and the sole purpose of the syllabus is to test your knowledge

Placement Experience

awesome recruitment. companies like Cisco TCS Lafarge NML etc come to visit kcc for recruiting top minds in their respective fields. so for recruitment, you have to be among the to 10 or 15 among your class.

College Events

a large number of events are celebrated in this college. for example, actors like Akshay Kumar, Shahrukh khan, Anupam Kher, Imtiaz Ali, has already visited our college and performed here. events like fashion show dance etc take place regularly

Fee Structure And Facilities

very cheap. 7000 annually for BSc program and 37 000 for BCS BSc it and mass comm one of the cheapest college in Jamshedpur as it is funded by the government of India. this college is going to be the best

Hostel Facilities

hostel are very cheap. good foods are served. the hostel is very cheap and can be easily afforded if you want to leave the hostel they dont object at any of your condition so dont worry and just take admission in this college.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Faculty

one of the best faculty in Jamshedpur. especially the physics department is at another level. if you want to become a scientist than join the physics department of karimcity college..its also well known for its IT department and mass communication

The course curriculum was overall good and was doable. One field of improvement is the practical approach that needs to be. strengthened and regular practical classes needs to be taken to increase the overall potential of students. The placement is not that good but few of them maintain to crack a job from campus. 1. From 3rd semester you are eligible for campus placements 2. Companies visited are Tata motors , Zee news , Tata Steel etc & no of offers made is almost 40 %. 3. Highest package was 3 lpa and average was 1.5 lpa 4. 40 % student getting placed in placements 5. I am working jio sales department right now.

Positive: Good staff, your work will be finished in a day or in two days. Negative: There are group of aggressive students active in campus but don't worry they don't problem for you until you mesh with them. Also there in lack of proper classes and study in regular order.

Actually I applied only for this college because it is nearer from my home and actually this college is quite famous in my hometown and i didn't apply in another college because this is kolhan university and the education is good in this college. Karim City College. An Affordable Option for Mass Comm Aspirants

The most important factor was the affordability compared to other colleges including within-state colleges as well as Inter-State colleges. Also, the Faculty was very inclusive as I took last-minute admissions and they were happy to take me in. The admission process was fairly easy they took the mandatory marksheets of Std 10th and 12th also the Aadhar Card and Parental Details and the fees were paid in Cash. Later after the payments I was provided with the prospectus and Other Information.
