Course Curriculum Overview

As our pharmaceutical market is growing really good and Bpharma is the best choice to go with this market so i decided to go with this field. Our faculty really helped me to prepare for the market they use to share there experiences. We have our final exams at every 6 months with 2 mid term sessionals.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 480000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I have paid yearly around Rs 1,10,000 but the fees in Maharishi Markandeshwar increase annually by a small percentage. As of now our Bpharmacy fees increased upto Rs 1,30,000 and if you do post graduation after UG then u get scholarship upto 20-30%.

Campus Life

We have an annual event called Universum which is really good for those who want to showcase his/ her talent and it helps to explore us with other out juniors and seniors. We have a library with all the updated journals and books. We have a faculty to encourage students to enroll in extra curriculum activities.

Admission

I also applied for other university like chandigarh university, chitkara university but i got more affordable fees structure as compare to other universities. No i got opportunity from other two colleges too but i need more affordable to persue. They need minimum 60% in 12th class.

Faculty

We have total 100 students in class and its around 2 teacher for whole class but they always try to focus on every student. My organic chemistry and botanical teacher are the best in all faculty members. We have exams every 6 months and one exam is tough while others are usually easy.

Night Life

We have various cafeteria in our university that help us to free our minds in lunch breaks and our library have Air conditioner facility which help us to calm during summer so we can focus on our studies. Our hostel timming are upto 10 pm in night Most famous hangout place is nescafe garden

They provide strong pharmaceutcal sciences foundation that influence my decision to take b pharmacy in GJU. This course need practical exposure that is laboratory training, industrial visits. the areas that required improvement is that they have a need to ,ake a more focus on entrepreneurship and start ups to build confidence in students. They should conduct more industrial visits for students to provide them more oppurtunities.

After 8th semester students are eligible for placements because without degree you are not able to do job because Pharmacy is totally based on medicine which effects human lives . There are more than 100 companies who visit Sgt University for off campus selection of students and interviews. Companies like sun pharma , appollo,mankind and many more companies, you can get about this on the official website of Sgt University. Highest package was of 22 lakhs from our Sgt college and average is around 5 lakhs. Percentage never makes students eligible for any kind of job , there are so many students who took job in best companies while in m pharm there was a student,he was having onle 64% and he took job in research and development field in very reputed company. I am planning to do job in any pharmaceuticals company for sometime and side by side I will prepare for govt exams because for government job like drug inspection you need atleast 18 months of job experience.
