Remarks

I have both positive and negative experience in my college, the environment of college was not friendly I hate the environment I was supposed to be in school. Very poor experience, I haven't been to college that my feelings in the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

Ya courses were nice, exam structure was also pretty good. They follow the university rules for exam and conduct exams as per structure only. Means everything was fine. There were 3 session exams and then semester.

Placement Experience

1

Before placement and job opportunities were provided by the college but later all this things stopped the placement department changed and there was no company to come in college and hire students poor experience.

College Events

4

There are many events celebration in college, every year they celebrate an event called inceptra in which many games are been played and many others things done at night there comes celebratory and perform in college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure was good, as I told most of students were of management quota so they have been given admission on scholarship basis, means admission given in low cost and when you will get scholarship they will get that money.

Fees and Financial Aid

As I told many students were given admission by management quota on scholarship basis so that when scholarship came or given by government then they use to took the amount, they cut the fee to less and took scholarship.

Campus Life

3

Ya I can say that the college focus on extracurricular activities most, every month there use to be some events in which you have to participate and gain knowledge. In my opinion they we're good, have good experience in this.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

In first year I have opted hostel, firslty hostel service was good but later the fooding provide was like jail hate the food given to the students over all bad experience. Never suggest anyone to go and live in hostel.

Alumni/Alumna

Ya they were really helpful ya in starting they were saying that study otherwise you will get backlog n all means they use to motivate so that we could perform well and have secured good marks over all neutral experience.

Faculty

3.5

The faculty we're educated and knowledgefull they were aware about courses and have a better skills of teaching in area of teaching. They all are having good knowledge of courses provide by university.

Form the beginning of very first year students are eligible for the campus placements. TCS, cognizant, wipro, are the some companies visited here. Highest package is 44 lpa in amazon which is off campus for software role. Placements % is quite medium if you are serious about skill then you will be get a path here to go ahead. Arround 60 to 70 is the placement % My plans after getting degree is to get a job.

Placement Experience:

No companies as here only lawyers of arbitration and other domains come to hire students. Most students though have PPO from their interning companies but not real 10-20 LPA placements for Galgotias and that i wish change because our university academics and the kind of learning that is provided is at par with that of NLUs.

Amity University, Bachelor of Arts [BA] {Hons.} (Economics)

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum at Amity University is a well rounded blend of theortical principles and practical relevance that shaped my future career. There are modules like microeconomics, macroeconomics, econometrics and statistics that provide a strong formation for any future career opportunities in economics or finance. Additionally the presence of specialise subject like health economics, developmental economics, international trade, public policy and behavioural economics very highly appealing and something you would not find in other universities or/and government university. The inclusion of such modules got my attention because it promised to go beyond traditional economic subjects and focusing on the practical subjects that are also industry specific level of domain of economics. They were also research projects, data analysis classes, case studies throughout the three year course which allows students to apply and test their knoweldge that further enhance the value of the degree. There were also subjects like environmental sciences, psychology, communicative English which was made mandatory for students that help them shape their personality and adapt more to a corporate setting. The examination system is designed to assess the viability of skills and critically but the difficulty of exam especially towards the end of semester can create unnecessary pressure for students. There will be time that there will be last minute syllabus changes or additional chapters to be considered and there is no structured format of what you can expect in the written exam however there is a fair grading system though some students feel that instead of the exams there can be more emphasis on analytical side rather than modules that require rote learning.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Overall curriculum was good that they make proper schedules of classes and all but there was something lacking is that sometimes the professor was absent and we wasn't aware about that and sitting in that class without knowing they should inform us or make a proper arrangement for replacing of class with other teacher and also there was lacking of technology in studies I didn't remember how many times they used the projector for proper teaching.
