Course Curriculum Overview

I became a data scientist so is choose this course. This University give best placement so I choose this course. Improve the projectors in class then other all are good . The exam difficult is give easy

Fees and Financial Aid

. I payed the fees semester wise . Yes It is mandatory to all pay all types of tution fees no completion for the schoolsr ship students fess reduced . No, I will not share the others batchmates fees . Schollaership are available for all but few students maintain this

Campus Life

The tech event held on university for 2 days. Generally many tech events are held on university. I also participate in tech event and i take the problem slove i solve the problem and is it very good soo I got 2nd position

Admission

I applied on others university like lovely professional in baddi and in my home town Shimla also . I also near passing of jee mains. I also clear cucet exam and my selection in haryana but my parents don't permit me too going to haryana

Faculty

The faculty is almost 300, and the students ratio iss almost 3 lakh in university on my view. Faculty and students relationship is good when we communicate with each other perfectly and peacefully I like my mentor Dr.priti gupta she so nice teacher. No one. In one semester 3 times take exam mst1 mst2 then final est the exam will normal

Night Life

Gym are in hostel, the timing is 4pm to 9pm of gym , laibrary time is at morning 9am to at night 10 pm will open . Many laibrarys in our campus. Hostelrs will allow in campus at 10pm to 11pm at night . List famous hangout place inside the campus is fr in fr full of fun we enjoyed

Chandigarh University: Is it worth the investment?

Placement Experience:

The student become eligible for campus placements from 5th semester. The companies visited per year are approximately 200. They claim 100% placements but in reality they divide students into placement and non- placement batches called tpp and ntpp. If you slip up even once, you will be debarred from the tpp group. The highest package is 53 LPA. The average package is 4.5 LPA. Companies like JP Morgan, TCS, Capgemini, PlaySimple, Cognizant, Nokia, Philips, Morgan Stanley, PWC, KPMG, EPAM, Watchguard, High radius, OYO, Coding Ninjas, Samsung, etc have already came. More companies are yet to come. Since the student intake is too much, placements are really hard to get since there is too much competition. In the end, people get hired in mass recruitment companies and get minimum pay of 3-4 lpa. My plans are apply for off-campus jobs and start working in corporate after the degree. If I don't get a job, I haven't decided what I will do next.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good but I am more looking towards offcampus placements. I will do internships from my second year and in first year I'll make the base. I contacted to some of the seniors they said doing hardwork will definitely lead to a good package.

Placement Experience:

There are alot of company visiting and alot of them take 2-3 with really good package and some handful with good enough packages of nearly10 lpa and the highest package was i think of in last month was of around 60 lpa . My plans after getting a degree is too work my way through companies to a FAANG Companies

My imperfectly perfect College life reviewed for everyone who needs it

Placement Experience:

Though when I got admission in this college, I saw the placement rates were very nice, around 95%, but maybe it was our session's fault. I passed out in 2024, and in that particular year, the placements were not as expected and as seen in the previous batch, so that was something very much disappointing because I paid so much money on a degree, only everything was good about the college, but in the end, placement matters during my session. Usually, the companies that hired for example, 10 students only hired two students.

I didn't apply to any other college. I chose it because it was close to my home. The admission process to give CUCAT exam for which the fees is 1000 rupees. The passing marks are 40 out of 100.
