What Students Say

Likes

Mostly faculties are very good and friendly behaviour.
Course fees of this college is much less than the other colleges in Odisha
Only 5hrs of classes will be held in a day

Dislikes

Campus of this college is not very big enough
Management of the college may be disrupted
Mess food is not good enough so it is very bad

Course Curriculum Overview

Class are from 8.30am to 1.30pm. There are two internal exam will happen and at the end the semester exam will happen. Exams are very much strictly. The Hods set the question paper for the semester exam

Class Size: 1000Course Fees: INR 125000 per year

Placement Experience

From 7th semester students are eligible for the campus placement. Companies like TCS , WIPRO, TECH MAHINDRA visited to the college and many more startup companies also come to the college. Most of students get placed in the campus. I will be doing M.Tech after this

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fees is 1,20,000 per year and the hostel fees is 80,000. But the hostel fees may be influenced. For general students there is a scholarship which provide 20,000 per year and for SC/ST students 75,000 per year.

Campus Life

There are annual and technical fest happen in our college. Library is available in our college and all the books are also available in that. Two dance clubs are in the college. Facilities of badminton, basketball, volleyball, cricket available.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel rooms are good ,cleaned. In each room there are two students are allocated. One wall fan also available in the hostel room. Room is big enough for two people easily. Mess food is not good. To opted hostel you have to choose the hostel facilities in the time of admission process. Mess provide breakfast, lunch and dinner. No snacks given in evening.

Hostel Fee: INR 80000 per year

Admission

Firstly fees of this college is much less than the other colleges in Odisha. The placement cell of this college is much supportive towards students. And the college have an average package of 5lpa so I choose this college over other colleges. Infrastructure is good.

Faculty

Most of faculties are very much experienced and have friendly towards students. They teaches very good. But some of faculties are not good. There are two internal exam will be held per semester at the end the semester exam will happen.

Night Life

Gym is open 24/7 in the college and students may allowed . Library is open till 8pm in evening. Students are allowed to hangout in the campus till 10pm. One cafeteria is also present inside the campus and open till 10pm

Placements are like if u study its sure u will get a placement but if u got distracted and got in anything else so placement will not be urs.avg 6 8 Lpa,highest 55lpa but if u have heard of iter fraud news they just did fraud placements like by paying high amount of money to get in placement exam. many companies like TCS INFOSYS GOOGLE MICROSOFT ACCENTURE DELOITTE etc come every year. placement rate is 80 90%

TRUTH OF ITER

Placement Experience:

After 3rd semester the students are eligible for internship but after 4th sem the students are eligible for Plecement. More the 95% students get the placements. Highest package is aprox Rs.4300000 and lowest is 300000. My plan is for higher studies after getting degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate five out of five about the curriculum of the giet university because it is more updated in comparison of other universities of odisha. The exams are taken in the gap of one and a half month. There is no need to update the curriculum

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of this university is updated and they conduct regularly test. The timing for 2 cycle tests is about one and a half month and the semester exam is conducted after 2nd cycle test. The level of exam is quite good and anyone can secure Good marks if they try hard

ITER SOA is quite intimidating!!

Placement Experience:

IBM, Siemens, Philips and many other companies and even the chio makers and computer makers are also one of the main share holders in placements. For CSE department the average placements are of 15-20 lakhs but for our department the average drops down to 6 lakhs per annum.

GEC- The Mnemosynes Way

Well to start I gave my JEEMAINS 2021 exam but unfortunately at the same time on MAy 4th MY died and I got off track for about 5 months and when I again got myself back anyhoe then I got the opportunity to go for GEC and as far I have gathered info and seen through my eyes the fees with the reutn of knowledge we got its far more better than many colleges. My main reason to choose this college is a bit un-traditional as I wanted to go somewhere far, cause I knew I can do what I want as I was stusying about coding from class 11.
