Remarks

There are a lot of negatives.But the only Positive is that the Agriculture department of the university is good.It is also linked with ICAR and there are ample of opportunities there for each and every student.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is really fascinating as it is one of the less explored fields.Secondly in north india it is offered in a few colleges and moreover it is recognized by the ICFRE . The curriculumn gives us a wide oppurtunity to explore the unexplored.

Placement Experience

There are no Placements cells in the department for this course.Though it is also hard to find a job after a gradutaion degree these days.Until and unless u complete yous post graduation it is really hard to find a job.

College Events

We have sports day being celebrated,then is the college fest ,we also have various clubs in the college like the literary club and the cultural club that organize various events in the university.We also have convocation taking place in our college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees is really expensive for the kind of facilities we get.And moreover there are no scholarships provided to the meritorious students.We rarely have any practical sessions even though they charge a hefty amount.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are no scholarship provided by the college.Being a Christian college the Christian students and provided 10%-50%(depending on the sources u have in college)fees waiver in the fees and no other student is provided any such benefit.

Campus Life

There is sports day being organised annually in the college,there are labs in the college but they are not well equipped for the present kind of education system.There needs to be a lot of work done for the betterment.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facility is not good.There are no proper cleaning and dusting of the washrooms. It is really unhygienic. The amount taken for the hostel is really high but the facility provided in comparison is really bad

Alumni/Alumna

There are no alumni network.You need to urself find the alumni over social networking sites and clear ur queries about your carrier.Ths seniors are helplfull and they provide ample knowledge to the concerned person.

Faculty

The faculty is overall good.Though there are less practical sessions but it is eventually managed by the cross questioning and ppt sessions.The staff is overall very supportive and clears all our doubts.

So you are eligible from last yea6for the placements. Companies like godrej comes to take the students. Highest package was 6lpa Lowest was 2lpa 80 percent is the placements I opted to do msc after completing this course

The overall infrastructure is very good and discipline inside the campus is also outstanding all the classrooms and laboratory are up to date and very well equipped with all apparatus.the overall look and security inside the campus is also very good.
My campus life isn't very good because I spend a lot of time in my room because the batchmates are not friendly and good and I even face facism but I always try to sabotage the oppressors violently because faculties also not support me.
The faculty are very good at their subjects and they are expert in laboratory experiments and in the field of research they have great wisdom and guide us to the right path some of the very good professors are Dr SK Singh of Genetics and Dr SK Kannau

Dislikes

The hostel rooms are very bad and damaged they have poor toilets and poor paint wiring etc since in my Type hostel there is not any security camera so the discipline in hostel is not very good students do drinking smoking and eat tobacco and alcohol
Majority of the students are biased and communal in mind they are violent and try to damage ur vehicles specially for the minorities students but some are good as a friend of my Indra Pratap Singh and my big brother like seniors Chand Babu and Rehan
Mess food is not very good and not very bad

Placement Experience:

The placements of my University is very good it gives placements in various private and co-operate sectors including the companies like ITC Segenta Bio Caballus Mankind IPL Baier Amul Parag Dhanuka Etc are some of the very famous companies

Likes

Infrastructure of the collage and the environment of the collage was so satisfying.
Teachers are very generous and familiar towards the students and also they are very helpful.
The collage liberary provides you almost all the books you want to study of latest edition.

Dislikes

The collage canteen is not so good looking average looking.
Dress of the collage is also I don't like.
Mess food is also average in taste and hygiene.

Placement Experience:

The campus provide internship program to trained the students for placement. There are many companies came for hiring the top scored students according to their eligibility. Although the placement rate is not so good. It is about 15-20 percent student are only get placed through collage.

KNIPSS is Best College in Sultanpur for B.Sc.Agriculture.

Likes

Faculty members is too good. Each and every faculty member is best in his department.
Practical Lab of every department is well maintained and easily to learn anything.
Agriculture Fields is too good, designed by the students and the faculty members.

Dislikes

If college has his own building not any other course will included this building so this is best.
One Main Seminar Hall like Theater type hall. There is a small and class size Hall.
Maintenance of Bathroom. So bad smelling every time and water is frequently flow. and

I applied for allahabad university apart from this but rejected the college as it's far from home and my college was more closer than allahabad university. Also the teachers of allahabad university are very strict. Shuats conducts its own entrance exam for courses like nursing while other courses have easy admission process with no worries of entrance exam...Read More

Average college, but you can still achieve well through hard work here

Eligibility for the course was 10+2 with PCM/PCMB or Inter-Agriculture (marks minimum 45% in aggregrate). The university conducts entrance examination the details of which are easily available on their website. The sessions starts with mid or end of July so one can check for the application dates in June. Reservation is for the Christian minority in entrance examination. Eligibility for the BTech course is if you have passed class 12th with at least 45% or above, the application form and other details are available on its own website, reservation is for Bihar students, and you will get admission through the Bihar credit card scheme even though you study within fewer fees, as such no improvement I want to see in the admission process, Maybe its the rarest college where you get admission directly without any entrance exam in some courses like BTech etc....Read More
