Likes
- The roi as per the fees is so satisfactory that in less than a year student can get his/her entire cost covered.
- Tech fest Hackathon of IMS Ghaziabad is famous even in IITs as they also visit our campus during the fest.
- Besides tech fest too, the college is known for hosting the best fests in the region.
Dislikes
- Everything is good but I wish they could have taken care of internships too and then it would have been rated as a complete college.
Course Curriculum Overview
I don't want any changes in our BCA program as it is updated every year and that is why we don't have a thing called referring old question papers or notes. Seniors takes juniors notes as the things they missed out on is what our updated course has.
Placement Experience
Amazon, HCL, Accenture, Tech Mahindra and what all names left to mention. Yes, they all more or less takes away the students whoever apply for placement. My plan though is to go for MCA from here as I want to study more and get the placements which I don't have to look back again.
Fees and Financial Aid
149k is the exact fees which includes tuition fees and rest of the things as well along with insurance fees and other college charges. Students who are from SC/ST caste the state government has made a mandatory scholarship of 50% and that is what they get. So obviously their fees is almost half than us.
Campus Life
One just look at our five floor main campus building and I bet one will be in awe of our campus. It looks like a corporate office of some top corporate. It's that good from outside and from inside it's even magnificent. Our annual fest which happens in April is Pulse and it's as good as any top fest in the country.
Admission
Honestly I thought of going to Bangalore and study in Christ University. However this college is in my state and may not have infrastructure like Christ but academically it's more proficient than Christ for sure. Unlike Christ University here the admission criteria is too tough and only top of the top students get a seat at IMS UCC Ghaziabad.
Faculty
Faculties of IMS Ghaziabad are so well educated that it is seen in their behaviour too. Tiwari Mam is so adorable that her teaching charm has made her every one's desirable faculties. No students wants to miss their class as she makes classes so funny right from the word go.
Night Life
Drive in restaurant, Vahalla is the top cafeteria in our area. Bus stops and all the buses going to every direction are available in minutes. So one is never run out of option outside the campus. College hostel is strict as students have to be presented inside the hostel rooms by 9pm.
