Overall. The course curriculum scores high on both relevance and comprehensiveness. It's well rounded approach, focus on current standards, and allowance for specialisation create a robust framework for developing competent and adaptable professionals.

Internships Opportunities

I don't really know about the internships currently as I'm a 1st year student so I don't know much details about the college I've just joined the college that's why but I've heard about the placements they are very decent

Placement Experience

My college do provides campus placements. And placements of my college is very decent as avg package for a BBA student in India is 3-7 LPA but my college offers a very good avg package of 21 LPA For BBA as well as for BCA students

Fees and Financial Aid

I'm paying like 2.5 lakhs a year and that's my tution fees only, and my registration fee was around 5k, and currently I've no idea about the scholarship or financial aid that are available for students.

Campus Life

My experience with campus life is very bad as our college do have good placements but the campus is very bad as we only have a building in which we have to study there's no such campus for our college

Admission

I've applied for many colleges like Christ university, IIMs, symbiosis, mit and jlu and I've got my confirmed admission in symbiosis, mit and jlu. But I chose symbiosis because it's leading college for management in india

Faculty

Faculty of our college is very experienced and their teachings are very well as well as the faculty members are very understanding and helpful. There are two exams per semester one in mid semester and last is the final one which will be very difficult to be honest.

Interview Experience

Yes to get into this college I wrote an entrance exam named set (symbiosis entrance test) which was offline and was difficult as well as strict. And after clearing the exam I gave my interview and finally got selected in symbiosis college

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course offers knowledge about the flow of money in the market. How market works. How a business starts and grow be it small or big. Many field projects are given to experience real life cases and enhance the knowledge and skill. Management should offer more new ways to enhance skills rather than using same tactics. Exams timing should be at noon not in yhe morning students comes from long way have to put extra efforts.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course isn't that relative to real life experience,the main reason for me to choose this course is due to the leniency to the students who are pursuing ACCA as I'm doing the same. The course has to be updated in terms of syllabus and subjects as it's really old school and many concepts aren't even relevant in real life.

Placement Experience:

- Campus placements starts in the final/third year of college - Companies such as TresVista, KPMG, PWC, Delliotte, Zomato, Swiggy, Zara etc. come and the average package is Rs. 5 LPA - Highest package was Rs. 8 LPA and lowest was Rs. 3.5 LPA - 90% of the students gets placed - I plan on pursuing CFA after college.

Various Aspects of SICSR for BCA

First, you need to apply for the SET exam which SIU conducts. It was a 40-minute aptitude exam and 20 minute WAT exam. The exam was overall easy to moderate. You'll be asked to book a convenient slot for your exam. The overall process for taking the SET exam was very smooth. After taking the SET exam, you'll be eligible for the PI round. You can also book the slot for your PI as per your convenience. Very basic questions were asked of me to test my knowledge of computers. Merit lists are declared after a month. The merit lists are based on the following: SET score: Scaled down to 20 PI: Out of 50 WAT: Out of 20 10th Standard marks: Out of 10 (Since it was pandemic time, in my case, the WAT was conducted along with the SET exam). If you clear all the rounds you'll get the admission offer letter. If you lack in any one of the rounds you'll get waitlisted. And you'll have to wait again for one month for their decision regarding your admission....Read More
