I liked the research culture in our college
We get a lot of time to work on ourselves in 3rd and 4th year
The curriculum is very much updated. It's on par with IITs

Dislikes

Infrastructure is yet to be finished. The college is not completely built
Sports culture is very weak. Grounds need to be built
Placements are not as good as they show us

Course Curriculum Overview

Our curriculum is very updated and interesting. Our curriculum includes projects and implementations. Areas of improvement would be gaining practical experience. May be it would be better if every course had lab practices. Exams are in every 45 days.

Class Size: 72Course Fees: INR 175000 per year

Internships Opportunities

We start getting internship opportunities from 6th semester in our college. The stipend provided is minimum. We get to work on one major college project for 3 semesters apart from that of the courses. We get companies like motorq and pega systems for internship opportunities

Placement Experience

Placements in our college are pretty decent. Not as expected. The highest package offered till now is 50LPA. 7th semester students become eligible for college placements. The average package is shown around 15LPA. Around 70 percent of students get placed. My plan is to get a job after getting my degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

The year wise fee for the college including hostel and mess fees is 250000 INR. The admission fee is 6000 INR for General category. All categories have same fees. There are no merits available in this college.

Campus Life

There's only one annual fest that happens in our college. Various technical fests are held throught the year in our college. Club involvement is below average and the infrastructe is not completely done.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities are decent. Only two or three students are allowed per room. Mess quality is average. Registration for hostel and mess is through college only. There's no option of renting any room or staying outside. Everyone must stay in the hostel.

Hostel Fee: INR 22000 per year

Admission

I chose this college over other colleges because it had goog placements. It also had good research culture. I didn't opt for other colleges because of high fees. Admission to our college is only through JEE Mains. I didn't get any rejection from other colleges.

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio is around 1: 60. We don't share any close relationship with faculty. They just do their job. my favourite professor is Rajendra Prasath because of the way he interacts with students. My least favourite would be Odelu Vanga because he is too strict with students. There are three exams per semester and all of them are medium difficulty. Arounf 4 to 5 students fail per course. The curriculum is very updated and relevant.

Clean and good campus

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities in the CSE department are quite good compared to other branches in the college students usually became eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester onwards while major recruitment will on 6th semester onward several reprooted it and software companies visit the campus every year around 70-80% of eligible CSE students gets placed through campus drives

I think in the government University there was less opportunity for placements because the college dod not pay money for placements to approach them. But some placements was came and give the intership for the students as per the written exam for their company.I think starting 75 percent is required for the placements.

Placement Experience:

For campus placements students are eligible with eighty percentage. And the salary is between six lakhs to eight lakhs . For placements the management provides the python training and vlsi training and the spoken English classes also. By this students enchnce their skills to get a job .

We are go to under the jntu university and the curriculum is very good that have course related and department related .the core subjects are going good till now they are very useful to the students for carrier and future also. The curriculum is very useful to the students that who are want to go core related jobs. I chose IIITS over other academic institutions, Good Faculty, Worthy Placements, Good Campus Environment, Fees which is lower than other colleges like VIT/SRm. I couldn't get into Other Top Colleges NIT Trichy- Missed Cutoff by a small margin due to category-wise seats, IIIT Hyd - Didnt apply.
