The Six Years OF CSMSS

So basically i am a mechanical Engineering student and i love machines college consist many mechanical labs , College has done a remarkable achievement in building a Robotics lab which is not in any college in the city, Curriculum is designed by DBATU university so My personal feedback is very negative regarding university the syllabus is very old and not that upto date.

For mechanical Engineering companies like, Varroc , sanjeev auto, Bajaj Auto, Metalman Auto, Grind master are some companies which offer paid internships nearly stipend of 10k to 15k initially. Various labs have many Projects which students are Completing under Guidance of respective faculties.

The Placements in college are moderate i have been seeing 5 batches before me students get placement opportunities from. 7th Semester onwards. So For mechanical companies like Grind master, varroc polymers, Sanjeev Auto, dhoot transmission are good to go. Percentage of students getting placed is nearly 30 to 40% My plans after graduation are sorted I will be getting a good job. Average salary offer are 2.5 LPA to 4 LPA

The Year wise fees is 87000 Including Tution fees, Admission fees, I Card, Library, Lab fees excluding University registeration charges which are around 2000 RS and Exam fees is 1000 Rs per semester. The Scholarship is 50 percent of the tution fees which is 72727 RS So 50% Tution Fee Is 36363.50 is provided In the Scholarship and 50% Exam fees for OBC students and Open students. The course fees is not increasing rapidly its moderate.

I have been campus since 6 years so i have a good time in the institution, College is rich in Culture and its social responsibilities various social activities are Conducted in the campus. College has an AC Library, A fully developed Auditorium For Functions and Fest last year RHYTHM 2K24 took place on grand level. College has Sports department which has high facilities and sports club ie Cricket , volleyball, table tennis, basketball, chess etc. Classrooms are very modern contains projectors and Smartboards etc.

I was admitted as lateral entry after my Diploma, So admission process was done Under MHCET, I didn't give any entrance exam my admission was on Diploma percentage but for first year admission There a CET entrance exam, For My institution theres High admission demand To computer engineering so the cut off goes high. There were also many other colleges i wanted to consider but i have done diploma through same Institution CSMSS so i was having a very good idea about placements and academic record.

The College has good number of faculty considering faculty to student ratio. But some of the faculties are not that approachable have Ego issues in them, Some of them are very talented but not as good teaching skill. But overall its acceptable with respect to institution. There are 5 exams per sem that are 2 Class tests, Midsem, Practical Exam and the End Sem.
