Faculty is very good but needed improvement in AC in rooms
That is too cool very great campus life and great interaction
Dcpd department is very good which helps in placement

Students of haryana in university as they are full of fight
Attendance issue 75 percentage is needed

The curriculum is made is such a manner that you will have a capabilities of priblem solving and the frequency and timing of exams is also so good . No improvement is needed in teaching methods and in curriculum

No internship opportunities till now i get from university as I personally applied and get from using other sourcesbut project involvement of university is there they also help you to do patient of name of yours

Placement Experience

My college offers good placement opportunities and also good classes for competitive exams like upsc and all my plans are getting a good jobs only in some mnc al very good package and very good companies are visiting

Fees and Financial Aid

My fees is 106000 per semester for my course and i also have cucet scholarship from ny college of 60% of my semester fee. Fees changes after every new session and my university also provide various scholarship in terms of sports and event based.

Campus Life

As I am part of club event crew very good club involvement are there as I recently met aman gupta boat founder when he visited our university and great campus life and great night life is there in campus when sine event take place

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is good but mess food is not so good pg option will be good but rooms of hostel cleaning facility is too good as they do regular cleanup in room of hostel and PG option will be good nearby university

Hostel Fee: INR 2147483647 per year

Admission

I simply took admission in this college because of my scholarship as i have 50 percentage of scholarship in every sem till now. This made me taking admission in this college and placement are also so good

Faculty

Exams are too good and are very easy for u if u know the basic of exams and my favourite faculty is my soft skills teacher name is Prabhjot singh . Very supportive teacher he is . And a very good trainee

Chandigarh University: Is it worth the investment?

Placement Experience:

The student become eligible for campus placements from 5th semester. The companies visited per year are approximately 200. They claim 100% placements but in reality they divide students into placement and non- placement batches called tpp and ntpp. If you slip up even once, you will be debarred from the tpp group. The highest package is 53 LPA. The average package is 4.5 LPA. Companies like JP Morgan, TCS, Capgemini, PlaySimple, Cognizant, Nokia, Philips, Morgan Stanley, PWC, KPMG, EPAM, Watchguard, High radius, OYO, Coding Ninjas, Samsung, etc have already came. More companies are yet to come. Since the student intake is too much, placements are really hard to get since there is too much competition. In the end, people get hired in mass recruitment companies and get minimum pay of 3-4 lpa. My plans are apply for off-campus jobs and start working in corporate after the degree. If I don't get a job, I haven't decided what I will do next.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good but I am more looking towards offcampus placements. I will do internships from my second year and in first year I'll make the base. I contacted to some of the seniors they said doing hardwork will definitely lead to a good package.

Placement Experience:

After 4 semester students are eligible for sitting in placements. There are alot of company visiting and alot of them take 2-3 with really good package and some handful with good enough packages of nearly10 lpa and the highest package was i think of in last month was of around 60 lpa . My plans after getting a degree is too work my way through companies to a FAANG Companies

From the second year itself students are eligible for campus placements and the companies right now visited are more than 80 + like Amazon Google Microsoft etc the highest package right now in our college 2.5 crore right now as a fresher more than 80% are getting placements which I can I can see and many used to start they own startups and get success in their field as help you teachers them and give them opportunity to learn and do startups and my plan after getting a degree is if you get a placement and huge packages and get a experience from them and to start my own business

My imperfectly perfect College life reviewed for everyone who needs it

Placement Experience:

Though when I got admission in this college, I saw the placement rates were very nice, around 95%, but maybe it was our session's fault. I passed out in 2024, and in that particular year, the placements were not as expected and as seen in the previous batch, so that was something very much disappointing because I paid so much money on a degree, only everything was good about the college, but in the end, placement matters during my session. Usually, the companies that hired for example, 10 students only hired two students.

I didn't apply to any other college. I chose it because it was close to my home. The admission process to give CUCAT exam for which the fees is 1000 rupees. The passing marks are 40 out of 100.
