- The things that i liked about my college are that there are a lot of sports activities, students are allowed to participate in different activities s
- There are many labs for different work, rules are followed, many food courts for students.
- Many of the students at college are helpful and classroms are quite spacious the environment is nice.
Dislikes
- Auditorium is very small as the strength of students is very high, and even there is only one auditorim in whole college.
- Very less placement number as before admission they will tell you about placement but after admission they'll be like there's no admission
- No teacher is helpful, as they don't teach in a right way and even some teachers just don't wanna teach or explain the doubt to students.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is fine, though the teaching methods are not. As in labs tgere are very few computers which work, it us not beneficial for students and in labs teachers don't teach . Even there are very few books in library students can't get books easily. Teaching methods need to be changed.
Internships Opportunities
Right now our placement has not started so i dont have much idea about placement or internship but as the college news right now around 500000 per anum is the average rate and for internship it is only 7000 which is very less accordingvto students and students are asked to make atleast 4 projects on their choice of language.
Fees and Financial Aid
Every semesterr i have to pay the fees around 64000 to 70000 and it is increasing every year for upcoming batch. During the course completion the college faculty ask for money for different events which costs around 1000 per event. Fees of my batchmates with different catagory is around 20k only which has a huge difference from our fees. There are many scholorships and financial aids are available for students and they can apply as per their need.
Campus Life
In our campus very few fests are celebrated. Though they show on social media like there are a lot of fests and fun but tjis is not true. One there is a fresher party which is fine and anotger there is a two day fest known as parivartan and other small festival celbrations are held and many social groups and clubs are there in this collegw.
Admission
In this college there is a simple admission process first you need to fill regestration form and pay regestration fee that is around 11000 and after paying the registration fee there will be your councelling and then you have to fill admission form and admission fee fpr your first sementer and then you are the student of chandigarh groups of college.
Faculty
Teachers in our college are not good as they are moody they don't wanna teach. Even they themselves are confused if someone asks about any of the doubt related to the subject, though there is an open house too but still no strict actions are taken for teachers. Even the marking scheme for exams are very bad. Without even checking the exams they just announce the mass supply it's just their another trick to earn money. They earn money through examinatio form and later by reappear form too.
