Dream come true

As i said before the classes are fruitful you get to learn alot..also from second year onwards you have to go to wards for different subjects some of which arent even there in second or third year! You learn alotttt in medicine surgery and gynae Gynae will call you to teach you...medicine department asks you to come back in the evening also for extra time if you want to see more patients..also recently we went for family adoption program by psm department in a village ,it was a great learning expirience

We are aksed to do compulsory internship in pur college which is for one year During this time we get alot of exposure Medicine- one of the busiest departments ,one of those departments where even if go for a few days you can flex so much about your knowledge, pgs here are great and always ready to teach Surgery- this is what attracts everyone in mbbs , you feell like being in movie you get to assist surgeons and also learn to examine Gynae- busiest of all ,learning opportunity is also greatest of all pg maam and professors will call you to come and learn!! They are eager to teach you very supportive Radiology- we have a special building dedicated to radiology which is well furnished with equipments Psm- you get to know the rural india during psm postings you'll learn how to talk to patients what are the simple drugs that one should be knowing and the best- how to give injection Other departments like ent, optha, derma, psychiatry, ortho also offer great learning opportunity

Currently the feee is 6k per year We have to pay 6k for first year during admission itself but after that we dont have to pay every year , they'll ask us to pay afterwards when we'll get our degree...but it has been increased for 22 batch onwards..also there are scholarships for economically weaker sections and tribal groups

.we have saraswati puja in jan-feb...college foundation day in march -april, holi celebration in march, janmashtmi, dandia night and new year party! During these events you get a lot of opportunities to express your talent especially in college foundation day where there are quizes, extempores, poetry competition, dance competition, mehendi ,singing, fashion show, skits, and of course games!!! Tug of war, cricket, basketball carrom , ludo and what not!!!best of all- treasure hunt Senior junior interaction is great and also due to living in dormitories batchmates become closer so its always great to hang out with them

Nalanda medical college is situated in patna which is close to where im from(jharkhand) also i had a relative who studied here..i didnt choose to go to a vollege in jharkhand as the pg seats are very less...plus in patna you really get a lot of exposure I didnt get rejection from any college that i applied..i knew my rank and what I'll get so i acted accordingly Admission process is pretty simple just bring the documents they ask you ,you can confirm with the office as the number will be given and then come rest they'll guide you and YES we ,your seniors, will always be there

Faculty members are very supportive, dont misbehave with them be respectful and you will realise that you have so much to learn from them I wont say i disliked any faculty ,some are more strict when it comes to attendance but the classes are good you'll learn alot
