A University that Provides Good Opportunities for Willing students

the Curriculum includes Python, C, and Java till now , it also Includes DSA. 70% of the curriculum is based on IIT curriculum and 30% is based on the Demands of MNC's. I liked that it is based on MNC curriculum so the students will be job ready. most of the curriculum is based on the real world demands like using DSA instead of MERN stack.THe only suggestion is that the course should be a little slow paced. the the gap between end term and mid term examination is usually 2 months and the midterm starts 3 months after the semester starts.

The companies like google, amazon, microsoft, apple, etc. offers many internships for students from 3 rd year onwards. The offered roles include software engnieer,web developer, cyber security, AI ML internships, AWS internships, Mobile app development, etc. In each semester, students are requires to make atleast one project to show to the faculty which they can add to their portfolio or participate in the smart india hackathon for the same.

from 7th semester the students are eligible for campus placements and from 5 th semester the students are eligible for campus internships.The companies that visit includes Accenture, Cognizant, Microsoft, Amazon, TCS, Zscalar, Delloite, American express, Intel, etc. 98% of the students are placed in campus placement for year 2023, the highest Domestic package was 42LP and highest international package was 1.5CrPA, with average at 6LPA.I am planning to get placement from campus and prepare for GATE while doing job.

The fees for B.Tech CSE students registered for 2023-2027 batch is 164000 rupees per year, which includes 15000 for exam fees, 124000 tution fees, and 25000 as registeration fees. the amount of 2000 is for one time caution money seperate from the fees and 1000 for ID card seperation from fees on first year. from second to last year the tution fees will be 149000 and exam fees will be 15000 with no extra charges.All other spetializations have same fee structure. It is easy to get a loan on this course without a collateral as the total fees amounts to 656000 which is less than 700000 as maximum limit to get education loan without collateral. The university supports multiple scholarship supports like sports scholarship , academic scholarship and scholarships by the state and central government.

every year there are 2 fests in the university, one is the cultural fest and the other is freshers party, bothe are held in either in fall or in winter, The library contains all the necessary books according to your course and the e-library contains even more books, journals and research papers than the library itself, each and every class-room is equipped with a projecter and AC's ,and every row cantains 2 power socket boards for students to use, every classroom in C-Block(Engineering block ) has high speed wifi for students and faculty to use. The galgotias sports club offers numerus sports including cricket, football, basketball, handball, archery, etc. There are many clubs in the campus for student to join including the student's council, Sports club, cybel cell, etc. The clubs do affect the studies of the students.

i got a confirmed seat in galgotias college but they offered me B.tech in ECE, i also got confirmed admission in KR mangalam, LPU, Sharda and Thapar but had to reject due to their bad reputation and had to reject sharda due to its high fees. I chose this university because it had all the opputunities that students need, Big companies like google and microsoft offer internships here and many more come here to offer jobs. I wanted to get B.tech CSE in GL bajaj or galgotias college but was offered Electrical branch in both the colleges. the admission process includes depositing 25000 as admission fees including 10th and 12 th marksheet, jee score ( for scholorship), aadhar card photocopy, medical certificate, anti ragging affdavit,gap year affdavit (if applicable).The student should have 65% in 12 to get admission in B.tech CSE in science stream or 55 percentile in jee mains atleast.

There are about 1000 faculty members in this unversity or maybe more, The faculty to student ratio is a solid 1:5 meaning that there is 1 faculty for every 5 students ensuring a personal attention to each student. The faculty is very friendly and supportive and you can easily approach them for any doubts and ideas. I liked professors like Dr. Prabhat Srivastava(IDS) and Mr. Rakesh Bharti who are very supportive, i am yet to discover more faculty members. There is not faculty that you can dislike. There are 4 main exams each year that is 2 exams each semester that are mid term (MM:50) and end term exams(MM:100) there are also 2 internal Assesments(MM:25 each) and 1 practical exam each semester totalling to 5 exams each semester. Ther difficulty of the exams can be anything from easy to hard with IA's and Mid terms being easy to End term being medium and practical viva being hard. The pass to fail ratio is average , the passing criteria is scoring 40% in all exams seperatly. The course curriculum is relevent for getting a job in MNC's as the 70% curriculum is same as IIT and 30% course curriculum decided and given by MNC's.
