Likes

The campus is quiet and calm. Their maintenance is very good
The quality of the infrastructure, including amenities, and other facilities are excellent
They provide wide variety of courses in the field of arts and sciences

Dislikes

The thing I dislike about the colleges, they do not provide any internship
They do not provide any practical experience that I needed for the job
Their syllabus is outdated and does not match industrial requirement

Course Curriculum Overview

The exam system is basically conducted in traditionalway . The curriculum does not prepare asked for the job because the syllabus is outdated. Just learning the theory part. There is no practical experience and there is no internship or any kind of training provided.

Campus Life

The campus. Life is actually very boring. Even though they have basic infrastructure and certain facilities, the campus life is actually I would rate 3 out of 10. They conduct very few programs, annually, one such programmers arts day, and it is actually quite very nice. They have various clubs like film, clubs, et cetera.

Admission

Actually, I didn't want to join in this college. I applied to many other colleges, but I couldn't make it in some college . I couldn't crack the interview. The admission process of our college is very simple. It is based on your 12 standard marks. If you have scored more than 90 percentage in your 12th board, you can get the seat and merit. Otherwise you have to take management seat which cost around 50,000 for almost every courses.

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio is 1:10. The teachers are friendly and approachable. They are always ready to clear the doubts of the students. At any time. They provide remedial classes for weeks students. The exam system is basically traditional. They focus more on the contents even if you write the correct answer. If you don't write enough content, you will not get the marks.

My Experience at the university

Placement Experience:

Since I'm in the 1st semester, i really don't have a great idea about the placements but as far as I know Chinmaya Vishwa vidyapeeth university has their dedicated training, placement and corporate relations center. The highest package was 7 LPA and the lowest is 3 LPA. The average package might be 4 LPA. Nike, mastek are the few companies who came to recruit After completing my degree, i might go for a job and then complete my PG.

soem subjects i feel very unnecessary are IKS and SANSKIRT..even so collectively speaking nobody understands the reason why they are being asked to learn iks(Indian knowledge system).and for sanskirt we could argue its a language and learning it would be some consideration a skillset but even though if that is the case we mustn't force somebody to learn it.it should be a choice

I expected to join a govt college and i applied in many govt college as my 1st option and many private college s After the first allotment i got admission at sir syed private college and i joined there temporarily Then after 2nd allotment i got admission at itm college and i waited for a govt college till 5th allotment .
